LED Light Strip for RC Fixed Wing Airplane Flying Wing Plane AR Wing Drone Model Car Truck (Green)

Awesome lights, very bright. The strips are pretty long and can be a challenge to install, especially if you have anything smaller that a 1/10 scale. You receive 2 strips and a splitter. I used a single strand for 2 cars. 2 strips would have been way too much for 1 car in my opinion. I have 1 hooked up to a switchable BEC, and the other plugged directly into an aux channel on my receiver. Both worked without issue. I noticed they run pretty hot for an LED, so take steps to make sure they aren't touching any other wires. I'm not sure what the heat tolerance is on smaller cable shrouds, but I couldn't hold my finger to them for more than a couple of seconds. A fun accessory for the price if you enjoy tinkering and bling. I haven't taken either car driving yet, so I can't speak to the durability. The next nice day I'll take them out and see how they hold up and update my review if necessary. Would definitely recommend, 5 stars

Love these lights I bought around 75 sets so far and work all the time. Easy adhesive to place on what you need them on so very easy to install. Bright colors too. The lights are bright as well.

These lights add a whole new level to the RC Hobby 👍and they add a great look for night driving and definitely makes it much easier to track your RC vehicle at night! Its a Great up grade at a Great Price and actually a quality product I have used these on several vehicles and they hold up well if applied properly. They got it right with these, you can even custom trim them to the size you need and reconnect them with adapters you can order if needed and switch colors etc, the possibilities are endless. The pictures give you an idea of what the outcome can be on several Traxxas vehicles. If you strategically place them and make sure you clean the surface with alcohol etc well first then upfront were the wires go over protect it with some ShooGoo and use that to tack down the wires in the bucket too your good to go. You only need about a 5 inch strip on the outside edge on each side thats it it might not seem like much but trust me it is. Each vehicle the length of ok light strip length varys it may be 6 inchs on 1 you will know. 😉 💕❤ 🚗 💨💨💨 I hope this helped Good Luck its alot easier than you think Go for it its under $10 great mod I have added several of my trucks and they have definitely enhanced my collection and for under $10 each how can you beat that and if you do it right they stay on there very well. Worked perfectly on channel switch powered by receiver. Nice color and pretty bright. Haven’t measured draw but seems to be high for using just one strip. Wreaks havoc on my voltage telemetry giving extremely low false volt readings on 2S and 3S. Also seems to create some kind of electrical noise I see on light bar. All car ops are ok tho. May try a separate power source if it becomes an issue. But 2 strips for six bucks u can’t go wrong.

Extremely bright! In the pictures I only have one of the 2 hooked up and loosely fit just inside the cab only. It has a durable sheath over the strip which I like and feels well made. The color is excellent and spot on with the pictures. I haven’t used the sticky back on the lights so I can’t attest to its durability.

So I ordered 3 sets of these lights, 1 red, 1 blue and 1 green. The red arrived with the light strips in nice heat shrinking with a seperrate y connector. But the green and blue arrived with no covering and seem much less sturdy then the red color. Which is highly confusing to me since they're all from the same company and models just different colors. So the lack of quality control is concerning and one of the strips (unprotected blue) stopped working when they get wet after running my rc truck after a light rain. I was under the impression these were water proof but I imagine the red color is only since they're the only ones with a cover. So I'm obviously not sure why there's such differences in basically the same product. But the lights are fairly bright and easy to install. UPDATE: their customer service reached out to me and helped satisfy my situation to the point where I can say they have amazing customer service. Just knowing the peace of mind of how firmly they stand behind their sales makes me feel so much better.

Body of RC car glows at night even better than the example pictures. I now have 3 sets on RC cars and it’s so much easier to drive them at night. The only complaint is that the blue adhesive strip protector is terrible initially to remove. Also, if the lights are stuck to body they adhere well but other surfaces the adhesion is poor. Solved this with some flexible glue and run small bead along both sides of led strip. They have not moved since. Great led strips and a good value! I’ll buy more as time goes by.

I don't think I have to write much lighting very banal, it would be nice if it split into 3 to 1 instead of 2 to 1 but I'm still very happy very nice color bright the whole rc car case is illuminated now I have no problem driving at night 10/10

Great product. It is super bright and is great for any RC car. One thing is it should be a dark body so the light does not shine through it.
