Wheel Woolies Boars Hair Detail Brush: 1 1/4" Dia.

Knuckle saver for sure. Great for cleaning wheels, but also large enough, gentle enough and sturdy enough to clean some pretty nasty stuff in cup holders or for cleaning the cracks and crevices in leather or vinyl seats. Handle is sturdy and long enough that you can get a good grip, but short enough that it doesn't prevent you from getting in the hard to reach places.

I owned this brush for 3/4 of a year and used it regularly as a professional detailer. The glue that holds the bristles in place has begun to pop out and it is now losing bristles. Before this happened it was a decent brush, though it would easily scratch paint; I suggest using it with care around delicate painted surfaces. I used it for just about everything that was not delicate.

I love this brush for my uses, I used to detail my clients wheels and door jams. It's soft bristles are perfect for wheels as it helps prevent scratching of the wheels. The bristles are durable enough to not fail and fall apart when covered on cleaners,dirt, gunk from the wheels and door jobs.

Great product but plastic handle broke on first use...seems to come unglued. Would not recommend in search of another option.

Brush was OK to start, but after 5-6 uses, the bristles started to fall out big time. Seems like the glue holding the bristles in just isn't that good...

I purchased this brush for primarily detailing exterior wheel parts. Such as my brake calipers, wheel lugs, valve stems, and other hard to reach places that get brake and road dust on them. So far it has been excellent. I did try to use it for cleaning/detailing leather seats. The bristles on the brush aren't quite stiff enough to effectively clean the fine texture crevices in leather seats, but this can easily be rectified by using a small rubber band on the bristles or even a zip tie to add more strength. I'm giving this brush 4 stars because I noticed some bristles breaking off or coming loose after some light duty use on leather seats. This might be normal for a new brush, but I consider it to be somewhat poor construction, no bristles should be falling out on a new brush in my opinion. The bristles appear to be glued or epoxied into the brush.In Summary...Pros:1) Boars hair bristles are soft, won't scratch.2) Durable handle construction.3) Good price.4) Large diameter means more surface area coverage!Cons:1) Some bristles may fall out during the first few uses.2) Bristles might be too soft for certain tasks, use a rubber band halfway down the bristles to add more strength.

I will use this for interior, dusting, using wet when detailing, wheels, and other things.
