Never got the product

The packaging is very nice but the stone itself is rather average. Looks like ordinary gravel. Definitely not the shiny object portrayed. It appears to be in some sort of matrix material like sandstone, perhaps? Maybe I'll try to scrap the stuff off because it appears that the opal is buried within it. I am kind of afraid of damaging the stone.Update: I spent a couple of hours carefully, gingerly scraping the material covering the stone and I am as disappointed as I can be. This stone looks nothing like the picture they presented and it is tiny when the matrix is removed. I still can't get it all off. So my advice is to avoid this seller.

My order arrived on time, but when I touched it and put a little pressure with my fingers it fell apart
