I started taking these at 16 weeks after struggling badly with fatigue my entire pregnancy. My iron isn’t low on my labs but this is such a moderate dose, I felt comfortable taking it anyway. I just received the bottle and it is completely damaged and I went to return it and it says it’s not returnable and these pills are very expensive

I think this kind of iron would work well for someone who responds to traditional ferrous sulfate iron with constipation but if you are like me and respond with the opposite, please take note. This pill was ok for the first few days, it's true: no nausea, no cramping...but it got to the point that I was afraid I was going to have an accident. I'm a grown woman with no problems but after taking this for a week, I had serious issues with having sudden needs to use the bathroom or else. I just can't take it anymore due to this. Everyone is different but this is my experience.

I love this product. I immediately found a change in my energy levels. I have been struggling with low ironlevels for years. I am glad I tried this product. I’m 42 years old. Last year I collapsed. I had to have an emergency blood transfusion because I was 3 liters low on blood with an iron ferritin of 1!
