Bright for 12 months, slow reduction in charge
I've had these outside in Colorado (so bright, strong sun, hot summer, freezing winters) with good effect. The lights are not super bright -- will not illuminate an area -- but add a nice accent/glow to keep a dark area from feeling dark. Just dont plan on getting any useable light from them. My charger was in direction sun for 6-8 hours a day which gave me 4-5 hours of light at night. After about 12 months, I noticed the length of light at night start to reduce down to about 1-2 hours by 18 months. The Charger does have a removable battery, but it's not a normal battery type, so I imagine I'd have to take it to a Batteries+ to find a rechargeable replacement. Overall, I'm happy with the product.

Long lasting bright lights
This is our second set of string lights from this manufacturer. We had the first set for over two years but dropped the solar aray and broke it.The lights are so light weight you would think they would be fragile but they hold up through high wind, torrential rain, all day sun and the Georgia summer heat. They come on every evening and shine for at least 6 hours.

~ Easy to Use, Seem Very Durable and Well-Made, Beautiful Choices, SO Pretty! ~
The media could not be loaded. This 60-foot long strand of 220 LED Fairy Lights Powered by Solar and Battery is so pretty! We are in the middle of creating a back patio right now, so I have to be patient and not put them out yet, but we have been working away on it and these will make a fabulous addition to the effect we are looking for. They are waterproof, so there will be no worries with them strung along our back brick walls and maybe up a bit into the plum tree. I am still working it out in my mind until the new patio is in. The solar intake on this string of lights is nice-sized and I like that it has AA battery backup, which I most always have in the drawer. There are indicators that let you know if/when they are fully charged, which is a great feature. I like that there is also a way to use these if you should lose the remote (knock on wood we don't). They come in a nice box for gift-giving if you know of someone who needs these in their life. Thinking they would make a lovely housewarming gift. I love them best on solid, as in button 8, or perhaps fading slowly, as in button 6. Please see the video to see the available patterns, although they will all look even better once the lights are open and strung along the fence. Just keeping them tidy until we get the patio done. Really nice, cozy-feeling, beautiful lights, absolutely.

I like the lights but I wish they worked In the daytime without having to cover the panel. .
I like that it's a long LED stand of warm color lights, solar powered and has a remote. Most solar strands do nor have remotes. The only design flaw I can point out is that in order to have them on in the day time is to cover the solar panel. This is hard to do when it's on the side of a building where it needs to charge in the sun. I wish I could have them on anytime day or night without having to cover the panel. I'm using them in a barn loft we have renovated as a recreation room. I like mood lighting, even in the day time. Plus the loft only has two windows so it naturally dark in there 24/7... finding a solar led warm light strand with remote that can also work in daylight is my new challenge...

Still going strong!!!
I strung these lights up last summer. They ran vey night thanks to the solar panel attached to it. They worked all through the summer, fall, winter, spring and summer again. I’m impressed!!! Still shining just as bright as day 1.
