Q: Does the mouth of a brand new bottle of Well's oil come sealed (underneath the screw-on pump)?

No come wrapped in a plastic wrapped and bubble wrap.

Q: Question for the manufacturer, do you know what the percent of castor oil in the bottle is compared to the rest of the carrier oils?

No, I do not know, no percentages on the label. However they are listed as such: Black Castor oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, safflower, sweet almond, vitamin E. I love the oil! It us very light weight and gentle does the job for my soft fine hair.

Q: Does it control frizz ?

not sure about that I used it on my scalp
