Forgiven

Bought for my mother. She loves this movie

Hats off to Alan Autry , David Hart and their crew for filming one of the finest westerns that I have seen in a very long time. This movie is very authentic, you get a chance to feel and see how people lived out west in the post Civil War era. The cinematography is excellent, with wonderful lighting. Forgiven was edited fantastic, it flows nicely at a very good pace. Most of the music is original, creative and was recorded very well. The acting is superb, well above average including some of Alan and David's finest acting to date. At a time when Hollywood is producing so many filthy dirty movies, we need more movies like Forgiven. I admired how Autry presents biblical Christian truths without being too preachy. This Southern Baptist minister / reviewer puts his stamp of approval on Forgiven for the entire family, except for perhaps children under six. I am looking forward to seeing more of Autry's productions in the future. Bravo.

Excellent movie! I love Alan Autry & David Hart. I would love to see more movies with Alan in them. He's Bubba to me. I will add any movie he has been in to my collection of In The Heat Of The Night. Wow! I love that show, it's still the best ever show on TV. I love Bubba, Jamison, Parker, & the Chief, & Mr. Tibbs. If you have anymore movies Alan has been in, I would sure like to know. Great Movie & very affordable!

"Forgiven" is a great movie of how we as children of God can change our priorities and our way of life if we ask forgiveness from God and others. This movie shows how we can have our hearts softened. Alan Autry is one of my favorite actors anyway, from when he was in the tv series "In The Heat Of The Night". Everybody was great at acting in this movie! It's clean too!

Here is another great movie for Church and also a western. Those to me are two fronts and a good movie that goes with it. I am very proud to have this in my DVD collection and will recommend anyone looking to buy a good movie . I will say this one is to be one of my all time favorites .

this is a movie that the entire family can enjoy. It is not as bloody as some of the westerns you see and it is obviously meant to teach values. I enjoyed it very much.

I loved Alan Autry and David Hart on In the Heat of the Night, but this movie is just not as great as I'd hoped. It is not very interesting, and dragged on so long that I found myself hoping it would hurry up and get to the end. I kept hoping it would get better, but it didn't. The actors all did a great job; it's just not that great a story.

Obviously a family produced, starred etc B movie but not too bad for all that. Acting is a little wooden as usual in these but I have seen a lot worse. The story is quite predictable and the ending a little wet but at the right price passes an evening pleasantly.

This movie was okay.We watched it as a family and enjoyed it. I don't recommend it for younger children though.Some of the acting is very good, and some, such as for some of the smaller parts, is perhaps a bit one-dimensional, but the work as a whole tells its tale well enough.

God is so amazing. What man thinks and what God thinks is totaly oposit. God knows the heart on man much more that anybody else. Ir realy spoke to my heart.

It is well intentioned with a good message but not the best acting and production.
