Great item plays everything. Noted some reviews stated not Sony. Maybe something but this unit is a Sony. Cant speak for what's inside but the exterior and remote are clearly Sony.

Love this player!! I was looking for a player for my Japanese and Korean DVDs and most reviews here were talking about their European ones. I'm here to let it know, it does works with all regions without issues :) It's smaller than I originally thought it would be, which is great for space specially in a dorm. Easy to connect to the TV and it does come with an instruction sheet on which button to use for changing the Region for your DVDs. This has to be done BEFORE you insert the disc ;) The controller is very easy to read and has a subtitle button that DOES work while the DVD is playing!! So you don't have to worry on going back to the main menu (same with the language options), unless you have an old DVD that won't let you :( The Wifi set up was very easy too, the network menu looks like the one from the PS4! Not a lot of streaming apps options, but personally I only need Netflix and YouTube, so I think it's okay. It does have Prime Video if you need it! (Netflix has it's own button in the controller and it works perfectly!)

Player plays European region 2 dvds. Easy to install and setup. Had it working under 30 min. Met expectations. Easy to operate. Made by Sony. No issues with seller.

Played a region 2 DVD just fine but I can’t get it to play a region B blu ray to save my life! There was no manual or instructions in the box and I’ve pressed every button on the remote! Also unplugged it and plugged it back in and nothing works! Still won’t play region B!

The picture quality of the videos are crisper and cleaner! Great value, easy to hook up to wifi, and remote easy to use as well!

Powersuply was not for EU socket av 230v 50hz, only us 110v 60hz. The box got a sticker for 110-230V, but it was wrong. DVD player is good Sony quality 👍

Seems to work pretty well. BUT it was packaged in a plastic envelope and the box had a big dent/rip in it. Ship in a box nexxt time.

Hace mucho ruido al reproducir, no se pueden descargar apps, solo tiene netflix

Compact and simple to use! It took me longer to unpack the device, than it did to set up the player to work! One thing that the documents showed was how to change regional settings for playback. Our first Bluray DVD was area B. All we neede to do was open the drawer and leave it there until we pressed the blue button on the remote and hey presto it worked when we closed the drawer again!

Genial. Es un producto Sony modificado. me agarró dvd y bluray de regiónes de Estados Unidos y Europa.. la resolución es adecuada. Viene con instrucciones para cambiar en. Caso necesario de región y en caso de fallas a qué número comunicarse. El control es fácil de manejar aunque lo utilizo para lo básico.el firmware llegó actualizado pero en la app del dvd se puede actualizar de manera manual. Lo recomiendo
