A common use of salted and cooked duck eggs is as a salt or soy sauce-substitute with rice. An egg can be placed in cooking rice and later cracked open and small bits can be placed on top of rice as savory flavoring.ready to eat salted and cooked duck eggs. The eggs themselves are fine to eat
The eggs themselves are fine to eat, but a number of them arrived broken, roughly one cracked or broken egg per box from my experience. Protective packaging needs more work apparently.

Bad Yolk
Excited to know That Amazon has a vendor where I can purchase Asian food. When I received it, quickly made porridge to eat with the Duck eggs. Then with disappointment, the yolk was not the Orange color like it should be. Smile turned upside down.
