This dotted notebook exceeded expectations. Here are my important take-aways from this product: - The cover is textured with a criss-cross faux-leather pattern and is durable. It feels good quality. - The inside cover is sealed well (see picture), the edges of the inside cover are smooth which tells me that it is constructed well. - The paper is great quality; it feels very thick and is ivory color. I definitely believe that it is 100 GSM paper quality. I wrote on it with the very inky Pilot G2 pen and it absorbed the ink well and prevented smudging. - The dot grid is aligned well with the edges of the pages. However, I understand what aligned people find aesthetically pleasing is subjective. See my picture to see if it's what you're looking for. - Comes with two ribbon page markers that don't fray. - I used this notebook for a school notebook. I can't imagine running out of pages because there are plenty of sheets for a single subject notebook. NOTE: - The first two pages of notebook are a yearly calendar/planner and the following two pages are a monthly planner. I did not expect this when I purchased because it was not shown in the product photos. - The notebook comes with stickers that in are the pocket at the back of the notebook. (See photos)

the 120gsn makes a huge difference!Absolutely no bleed! the spine and elastic cord held up for a whole year! Getting another one for 2024!

First of all, I have an obsession about any pretty Green color. This journal came in this pretty green, so honestly, I was going to buy this color planner (no matter what)....the paper quality is very good, true to the description. I did some pen tests and they didn't bleed or ghost over.

This is a nice journal and sturdy. What I didn't know is that it has monthly and a yearly planner pages. It is only 4 pages, but it wasn't noted in the listing and I would prefer just a lined journal without the planner pages. It is not enough to return the journal. It is a good value.

The pages are a nice heavy and smooth paper, and they do actually lay flat. The dots are a bit more visible than I would like (more black than grey). Which makes drawing in it a little less pleasing to the eye. The cover is a but rough (it’s a very small, like a few millimeters, sort of alligator pattern texture), and I personally would have preferred it a little smoother. It is also quite light, and that seems to be the cover — I assume the cover will start wearing soon cause it’s already bending a little after a month or so of use. Still, I would say if you aren’t traveling with it, so sturdiness is not an issue, and you aren’t using it to draw, this is a great notebook for the price.

I like to write a lot and I use dotted journal to make my daily/weekly/monthly plans.. This is ideal and its quality is not bad at all comparing with the really expensive ones. Hopefully they keep making same quality and similar prices all the time even when they get more popular as time goes on when people are discovering and liking this journal.

Love my dotted journal. Still using it a year later. Wish the paper was a tad bit thicker. My pens tend to bleed through.

I really should like this notebook. The thing is I can't get past the cover. It's rough, bumpy texture bothers me. Feels like a hard spiderweb configuration. The paper is a tad darker cream than I would like too, but that's not a big deal. The paper also seems thick enough. Just wish the cover was smoother textured. At least I know what I need to steer away from next time. I give it 3 stars because I'm sure it's fine for those without a sensory issue like me. Otherwise, I would give it 2 based on my preferences.

Great quality

I bought this based on the reviews. Mine arrived with no issues and the stickers were a good bonus. There's some minor ghosting, and the spine when you open it cracks loudly leaving me for some concern about paper security as I use it. I do wish these notebooks came in a crisp white vs this ivory colour. Otherwise it's a solid contender to notebooks currently out there that are notebook friendly.

I'm trying this as an option for my photo journals and the pages are nice and thick. There is a pocket in the back to hold some papers and other things. Included is some stickers. The cover has a reptile skin texture. There is a bit of bleeding if you use markers. If that is a concern, probably should stick to Render sketchbooks that don't bleed or ghost.
