Excellent Value, Works Well and Looks Great!
Classic SPST flip switches, what more can I say? Excellent value for the money, I used two 5-packs for my race car's switch panel. Looks great and feels solid. Can't say much about the current rating as I am using them for low current relay coil controls, but it's nice to know they can hold up to more. Includes two nuts on the switch post, I only used one on the 1/8" aluminum sheet I mounted them on to ensure a completely threaded on fit. Wish they had spade terminals instead of screw posts but for the price I can't complain, just have to use some small ring terminals.

Good switches. Short mounting threads.
For about $2 each I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of these switches. I am using them as the "arm" switches on a model rocket launch controller. The toggles have a nice solid feel and the plastic covers close with a satisfying and pleasant snap. Just what I needed at just the right price. The only improvement might be a little bit longer mounting thread. I measured mine at just 1/8" with both mounting nuts and cover installed. This works okay for me, but for some applications would probably a bit on the short side.

For the price they look great!
I was going to say I like it but for the price I love it, Have not wired them up yet so who knows. But for the price they look great! Are there better switches out there? Sure, but the also cost as much as $20 each. If you have a high end build maybe these are not for you, but for my junk I think they will work just fine.

Now all I need is a helicopter
The reason toggle switches have stood the test of time is because they are the best at what they do. These military aircraft style switches are every bit as rugged as the originals, as far as I can tell.I needed a 3 position switch, so I took one off an aircraft dosimeter (radiation detector) and used it with one of these switch covers, in combination with two of these switches on the control panel. They give very consistent on/off pressure, turn off when you allow the red cover to fall and keep the switch from being accidentally turned on. More importantly, they stay up when placed in that position. These are regular size toggles (about 1 inch across). I prefer them to rocker switches for boat use, for example. Just to let you know, these are not waterproof either.

Not bad, not good, just okay
The switches are actually not too bad of quality. They are nice and stiff and seem to be well built. The covers however are very disappointing. They are relatively tough feeling, but aren't actually red. They are more of an orange and made of cheaper plastic. Since they are somewhat glossy, you can see quite a bit of scratches on them. I planned to use the red guards for my car on nicer Morris brand toggle switches, but they just look way too cheap. :/

Prevents spaceship decompression
These things are great for a fun basement project I'm building with my daughter. We've built a pvc pipe and plywood frame and have a bunch of switches that turn on lights etc. these guarded switches are good quality and solid, plus just plain fun for a three year old (and a three year old at heart dad) who likes buttons. Hole diameter is a little bigger than expected at half an inch, but everything works great.
