This is one of the grillmates marinades that has been one of my go-to's for many years......I hope they keep stocking this item........it works really well as a marinade for carne asada or as a marinade for making chicken burritos that turn out super flavorful....You can use fruit juice as an alternative in the marinade, which gives you some nice choices for flavor. Highly recommend.

We love this stuff, and "Baja Chicken" is a staple in our house. Our local grocer stopped carrying so it's convenient to order in bulk. This is a great seasoning blend that includes a lot of citrus which just gives anything you cook in it that healthy "kick" that makes you crave it. We serve with mango salsa and cilantro lime rice and it's DIVINE.

This is great for bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs on the grill. My local market discontinued it. Glad it’s available here.

I picked up some of this seasoning a few years ago and it was awesome. So good that I put it on a list and just now got around to reordering. Unfortunately the recipe must've changed bc it is definitely not the same. Still good! Don't get me wrong, but it used to be better.
