Not bad. Not the best.
Works like expected. Only downside is that it doesn’t seem like it has a hope of pulling crimped rounds out. Guess I better make sure to check their tolerances BEFORE crimping from here on out so I can fix my mistake if need be! Overall good product, the plastic feels a little on the brittle side but I’ve used it numerous times so far and haven’t had issue. The instructions are a little vague as well, but it’s pretty easy to figure out if you just take a good look at it. Only tricky part is knowing which collet to use for which round. Instructions say “1 ring”, “2 ring” and “3 ring” but mine had 0, 1, and 2 rings as indentifiers for the collets. Might be an updated product form and the instructions didn’t get updated as well, but a pretty minor issue in terms of functionality.

Works as advertised.
This product does exactly what it's intended to do. I pulled approximately 50 bullets including 9mm, 38 special and 30.06 without issue. The puller did not suffer any damage despite the repeated hard blows to pull a bullet. The puller should be stuck on a wood 2 x 4 that is laying firmly on a solid surface. The 2x4 will be totally dented up so don't intend to use the wood again.

Durable and useful
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Works very well as an inertial puller. I’d suggest using your collet out of your press rather than the included ones. After a grain weight snafu, I was able to pull every bullet involved successfully. The hammer seems very durable as I was striking against an anvil base and it didn’t show cracking or abnormal wear for that amount of impact. I found if I held it loosely and struck so the head was flat to the striking surface it only took a couple blows to separate bullet from casing.

Value product. Works well for the price.
I used this on some 38 special cartridges I wanted to swap the bullets out of. Both loads were 125 grain bullets with +P loadings. Quite a bit of powder. I just wanted to swap them to see if they'd work. It's difficult to prevent powder loss from the original loading since the device can throw the bullet and case contents into the receptacle. You have to get the bullet to about 1/16th or so left in the case, then you can gently pry it out. That being said, I was able to beat the hell out of this thing and it didn't even crack. Very impressed with the abuse it suffered trying to remove a bullet that had been sealed and stamped into the case. It took a long time, but I managed to get the bullet free. Wouldn't use this for pulling bullets consistently. Might break long before 50-100 rounds. Better to use it to gently adjust the seating depth. Cheap way to fix a difficult mistake to fix.
