It's a nice light for seedlings and plants not demanding a ton of light but anything beyond 15w (with AC Adapter) it cannot do. It's a USB light which limits it significantly. The "80 Watts" on the grow light is purely a marketing claim (likely incandescent equivalent), as it would require 16 Amps of current (80W/5V), which your charging block is explicitly limited to 3 Amps. The AC adapter I received caps the power output at 15 Watts. The grow light cannot draw more than 15W from this charging block. Besides that, if you're looking at this for low light demanding plants keep reading. - it was easy to install. Just clip it, plug it in. Done. - Its a light weight light. - Arms are a little hard to get where you want but are easy to bend and may take some moving to get it into the right spot. - no flickering notice in my 4+ weeks of using it. - the clip does come out a little bit, maybe 2-3 inches out of where you clip it. - It has an easy to use timer. - lights do get very bright. - lights do emit a very small amount of heat but nothing to worry about.

The lights themselves are good, but the timer isn’t. Last week I set the lights to turn on at 7am for 9 hours, along with the rest of my grow lights. I happened to wake up early and saw these ones were already on, ahead of the others. I reset them, unplugging, keeping them off, then turning them back on at 7 for 9 hrs. Today the lights turned on at 430am. So, again, they’re good lights—it’s just the lack of a properly functioning timer isn’t a deal breaker for me. Wish I hadn’t tossed the box so I could return.

Attention au bout d'une semaine la mienne s'est éteinte sans raison et n'a plus jamais fonctionné. Pourtant bien utilisé n'a pas été mouillé et n'est pas tombé non-plus. Mauvais produit, mauvaise qualité !!

The arms are a little weak, they seem to lower themselves from the position I placed them in. It takes some Adjusting and moving around to get to work. I wish it came with a normal plug so I don’t have to use my phone charger. Lights work fine, they do the job and I like the adjustable settings . I have two of the same lights set up for a couple of my cacti and succulents over winter.
