I love that you can use it as both an ice/heat pack. It comes with four removable gel filled pouches and a bag to place them in for when you put them in the freezer. The band itself is great and uses a velcro strap. It's perfect for healing after wisdom teeth surgery—ice, then heat It also lasts a pretty decent amount of time since you don't need to have it on 24/7. You can use the ice packs for about 25-30 minutes, take a break for another 25-30 and place the other 2 if the previous ones defrosted. It really depends on how long you let them freeze for. (Though for me, I had to place some napkins in between my face and the wrap because it would get too cold when I left them in the freezer for too long.)

This was sooooo helpful after wisdom tooth extractions! the fitting was great, helps with the pain relief and discomfort. it comes with 4 ice packs but somehow i lost one😔 still recommneded since easy to use during healing process. easy to take on the go if needed too.

This saved me post wisdom tooth extraction! Not sure what I would have done without it. The two sets of ice packs were amazing, so convenient not having to wait for them to refreeze. It was super adjustable and fit my small head perfect. Super soft and comfortable too, it didn’t dig or scratch. The pockets for the ice packs were positioned perfectly and they were not too hard or stiff. Would recommend to anybody post oral surgery or jaw surgery!

This ice pack was a lifesaver after my wisdom teeth removal! It’s comfortable to wear, stays in place nicely, and provides great relief for swelling and pain. The material is soft against the skin, and it’s easy to adjust for the perfect fit. The only downsides are that it doesn’t stay cold for an extended period of time — I found myself needing to refreeze it pretty often — and if you accidentally leave the wrong side open in the freezer, it doesn’t get cold enough to be effective. Once you figure out the right way to freeze it, though, it works really well. Overall, a solid and helpful product for post-surgery recovery — just be prepared to rotate it in and out of the freezer more frequently.

got my wisdom teeth taken out and this saved my life. whoever decided this product should come with four inserts, as supposed to just two, gets a big smooch from me. when the inserts start to warm up to body temp, there’s two ice-cold ones ready and waiting in the freezer. this way I’m never short of cold ice packs. extremely comfortable to wear. i strapped this thing on while still in the dental chair, and the surgeon and staff were amazed by how easy, transportable, effective and cute this product is. keeping it on all day following my surgery significantly reduced further swelling

Perfect for wisdom teeth removal as managing swelling from the start makes a huge difference in recovery. It comes with an additional set of ice packs which is nice to always have a cold set ready to go. Comfortable to fall asleep in until packs are changed out.

Works wonders, doesn’t get that that cold but feels good if you’re in pain. The strap is pretty comfy. I’ve fallen to sleep with it a couple times.

My daughter convinced me to get this a few weeks before she was scheduled to have her wisdom teeth out. I admit I thought it would be a waste of money as we already had the rectangle style ice packs and thought they would work. I was wrong and this was amazing! The Velcro is soft enough that it didn’t get tangled up in her hair but strong enough to fit perfectly for her to have the ice on. It really helped the ice packs stay exactly where they needed to be. Having 2 sets of the ice packs come with it was great so that one set of the ice packs could remain in the freezer to stay cold in between when she had the ice on. Worth every penny!

Useful for post wisdom teeth extraction

I have never loved a product more!!! This truly saved me during my healing and recovery from my wisdom teeth removal. I got all four teeth removed at once and if it wasn’t for the relief this gave me, I don’t know if I would’ve managed. I’m so glad it also came with four inserts so it was convenient to swap out whenever I needed to. My swelling improved so quickly and my dental care team was so impressed.

Pros: soft material, covers a great area of both cheeks. the design is nice to fit comfortable around your face, the gel packs are squishy even when frozen so much more comfy against your face the. a rock hard block Cons: it’s a little too big for my head, i’m 25year old girl with i thought an average head but i keep wanting to attach the straps past where the velcro ends. it still works, id just prefer a tiny bit snugger also, the gel packs don’t stay cold forever, probably about 20 ish minutes which is honestly probably the amount of time you should take a break icing anyways. they aren’t comparable to the cold of like a true ice pack but i think its enough to help swelling overall so much more comfy than trying to juggle random, rock solid ice blocks on my face. perfect for wisdom teeth removal, i had all 4 and a root canal!
