My 5 year old loves it
I bought this particular bed because it was higher than than the low profile toddler loft beds but lower than the others. I wouldn't have been able to go any higher. My 5 year old loves it.I put it together alone I am a 36 year old woman. I worked on it a little every day for 3 days. The instructions were clear enough although halfway through I realized I swapped pieces and had to disassemble and reassemble. Some bad words later we are good to go.I expect it will periodically need tightening from time to time but it's relatively sturdy. I had to climb it to make the bed and climb the latter to kiss her goodnightOnly downside to any loft bed is making the bed. It took me about an hour and I was pretty frustrated but what are you gonna do right. This is a full size.

Very wobbly
I am a 22 year old adult I weigh 165 lb. This bed was able to support me every night it never collapsed it's still standing strong now and my little sister is using it because I got a new bed I got a king size I would still recommend this bed I'm probably going to buy it again if I feel like getting another loft bed but you definitely need to mount it to a wall like stabilize it and drill it into a wall or something it's not wobbly to the point where to fall over but it is definitely rickety if you move at night the entire bed sways you can't do any kind of vigorous movement definitely no jumping standing up underneath the bed is also a no I am 54 and I cannot stand up straight under the bed it is small but sitting up was no problem. I'd say it has a sturdy build I got it a year ago it's still standing and none of the planks have broken.

The price and style of this bed is great!
I purchased two of these beds for my newly 3 and 5 year-olds. I put the first together with help and it took about 1.5 hours. I did the second on my own and it took about the same amount of time. It was a little harder, but it is possible. Single parents great not. The bed is going to wobble a little bit. It just is. Strong trees sway with the wind but aren't uprooted. The weight limit is 250lb. I'm 5'11" weighing 150 and was on the bed to put the sheets and blanket on. It felt sturdy enough for me, so my 35 pound kids are certainly no trouble. These beds look amazing! I mean it. The safety rails are perfect! I have no fear that my kids will fall off. The ladder is adjustable and I didn't even secure it with screws so that I could take it away from my 3 year-old since he's a turd sometimes. The bed is a total space saver and has opened up both my kid's rooms. I do plan on attaching L brackets to the bed and studs in the wall, but I don't think it is an absolute necessity. I just know my young kids will play on the beds and the brackets will help. The only, and I mean only, complaint was a given, and is a complaint with every bed option out there. Making the bed is big ole "B". Either drink wine to forget about it or add the task to their chore chart!Totally forgot that I called customer service for a part that needed replacing and they handled it without question or cost to me.Happy bed hunting,Sincerely, satisfied mom.

Sturdy wooden loft bed at a fair price!
We ordered this bed for our 6 year old. We already owned a full size mattress so we wanted to re-use it and struggled to find a reasonably priced full sized loft bed. I order most things via prime so I decided to give this a shot and everyone is thrilled (except maybe our UPS driver). Our basement ceilings are about 7’10” so my husband cut off 6 inches from the bed posts and ladder prior to assembling everything. The instructions were clear and total time to put together was about 3 hours including unboxing, measuring/cutting, and multiple interruptions from 3 children. Our daughter is about 45 inches and can sit up in bed comfortably and can also stand underneath. She can’t wait to hang curtains and make the space under the loft her own. It feels very sturdy but we may end up doing L brackets as others suggested just in case. Also of note, our bed is not bright white but is more of an off white which we don’t mind at all. It was packaged well and there are a few distressed areas that could have easily occurred carrying it to the basement or kids climbing while we were putting it together. I like the farmhouse look so it’s not a issue for me.One last note, our package arrived 5 days earlier than estimated on prime which we were very excited about!

Cheaply made, extremely low quality fiberwood didn’t last a year
The media could not be loaded. Overall cheap and didn’t last 9 months even after shoring up the joints, the bed just became dangerous. Complete pile of garage unfortunately. My daughter wanted a cute bunk bed that would allow more room in her room for playing. After the first week the bed became very wobbly. Screws began backing out even though they were in securely during the install. I’m a builder and do this correctly to a T. The ladder became loose and the steps started falling off by the first month. I removed all the screws and replace them all this time with high strength adhesive glue and additional bolts were added. That seemed to help hold the bed together and we were able to get another six months out of it. Once that begin to fail from the cheap fiberboard wood that the bed was made out of the fiber-wood began to disintegrate.I removed all the screws and replace them all this time with high strength adhesive glue on all joints and screw holes. That seem to help hold the bed together and we were able to get another six months out of it. Once that began to fail the cheap fiberboard wood that the bed was made out of began to disintegrate and flex so much so the I couldn’t sleep at night knowing my little girl was sleeping on it.Quite honestly I don’t understand how Amazon would sell such a beyond cheap product that just isn’t safe. Take Price out of the picture even if this was a $1200 bed it’s just not safe or engineered properly to withstand the flex and movement of any person climbing in or out of on a daily basis.Avoid it like a spirt air line ticket. Save up for another few months and buy a solid wood bunk bed the will last and you will know your child will be safe. Hopefully I can get a refund back from the credit card company’s 1year extended warranty.
