This is getting a 5-star review from me because it perfectly solved the problem I had. You can see from my image that it fits my very small counter down to the inch. The good news is it’s very sturdy and holds more than you would think (it does require building block skills to get the most out of it). I was worried the silverware holder would be too small but it’s holding more than I expected (I also could empty it more often but that’s another issue). The top rack is for plates but you can see I don’t have space for plates under my cabinets. Therefore, I have to put large plates on the bottom on an angle to make them fit. This is something to consider if you have the same issue. Even with that, I am very happy with it because it offers as much room as the larger flat versions.

I’m absolutely in love with it. It sits directly in the sun. It takes me about 30-45 minutes to set up (because I’m slow). If you’re quicker than me, then you may finish shorter than 30 minutes. Instructions are easy to follow and tools are provided. I even convince my friend to get one. It’s perfect for dishes use by 2-3 people. Mine fits enough for 2 people, Buddha altar dishes, and doggy bowls.

My 4-year old disk rack gets so rusty and it stains to edge of my plates. I do a deep on-line search for a new one for meeting two criteria: (1) big-capacity and (2) Stainless-Steel. Most of the 1-tier or 2-tier dish racks don't meet my capacity requirement. So, I have to go with 3-tier ones. Finally, I pick this one based on the good reviews from its 2-tier version, as there is no review on this one when I order it. Upon receiving it, I feel the metal rack is too thin and fragile. I seriously suspect it can sustain the weight of the heavy dishes. It's very easy to assembly this dish rack. After it is fully assembled, the dish rack stands firm, it does not rattle at all. That alleviates my concern about its weight carrying capability. This dish rack takes about 2/3 of footprint comparing with my old one. I end up freeing up some space on my countertop. This is nice. Comparing with other 3-tier dish racks in the market, this one has the largest clearance between each tier. This is one key reason I pick this one. The downside of this large clearance is the total high of this dish rack. In my situation, the total height is not a limitation. But, this may be an issue for others. So far, I am happy with this 3-tier dish rack with its large capacity, large clearance between tiers, shinny with stainless steel, and small footprint. The only small issue, small items on the bottom tier could easily fall out from the side as there is no protection in that area (you can see from my photo).

I prefer to hand wash my dishes and drying them in a regular rack takes up more counter space than I would like. This dish rack is absolutely a game changer and can fit way more dishes than it looks like it can in the pictures. The trays slide right out so you can clean them/soak them to prevent molding from stagnant water. It is incredibly sturdy and we have not had a problem with it since we received it nearly a year ago.

I love this dish rack because everything is neatly stacked, has three tiers, the water pan is cleaned easily and I do not have to worry about hard water stain buildup. It also looks nice and can be stored neatly away underneath the sink. It is excellent to use for small dishes to wash without having to use the dishwasher all the time.

The product came defective with a missing pair of screw and wasted my time assembling only to find out the top layer is too narrow for the shelf to fit. Also the two main frames were very hard to plug into each other. I was very disappointed.

This has a very cool design (so I bumbed the review up to three stars) and if all the parts, or all the correct parts were sent, it would be AWESOME. The first one I got stuck with, was on sale, had half the parts and no directions. Of course I waited too long to try to assemble it and couldn't get a refund. BUT, I was amazed at the lovely customer service on here so I ordered another one at full price. Then I moved, developed a heart problem...many months pass and I finally found someone to help me put it together. This time, there was only ONE wrong part. The two metal frames were the same, rather than opposite. We tried to figure out how to make it work, but failed. I am not handy, don't want to be handy. So, into the garbage it goes, and a lesson has been learned. If you order a thing from Amazon that needs to be put together, assemble it right away and be ready to send it back a few times. BUT, I probably won't order something that needs to be assembled, ever again.

This is a good looking dish rack. 3 tiers holds a lot of dishes. Perfect size for a small kitchen. A few hints: keep a robo grip tool and tube of gorilla glue handy. Adjustments may need to be made to the shelves and accessories to make sure they grip the horizontal braces snuggly. Once the dish rack has been fully assembled, remove each screw, one at a time, apply gorilla glue to the tip and along the thread and rescrew. Application of the gorilla glue will make the rack more stable. Allow the glue to set before using.
