Icily thought out
Still getting accustomed to it but early use suggests it’s a keeper. Only concern would be for adding liquids to it because it doesn’t seal tight otherwise than that the utensil convenience is great. I’m an adult and it holds enough for a nice lunch and snack but if you have a hearty appetite maybe a larger system would be better. The size is great for roadtrips and helps with not stopping at gas stations for snacks or food too. I like it!

Cheap and convenient. Perfect product
This is the perfect size for meals at work. I pack the main meal in the bottom, and I load the top with snacks. The utensils are great, everything is microwaveable and dishwasher safe.

Compact little lunch container
When it arrived, I wondered if it would hold enough. It actually does! I like that one container is divided, and one not. The bottom portion snaps together fairly well, not leakproof for liquids, but well enough for salads. The top one has a groove to sit on, but doesn’t snap in. So far I have been very pleased with it. The only cons are I wish the top snapped on and the utensils are not that great. They are kind of rubbery, so the fork tines bend when trying to use it. I have access to cutlery at work, so no biggie. Besides the silverware, it was pretty much what I was looking for. Simplified bringing lunch to work

Bentgo for the win
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Oh my gosh, I LOVE this bento box so much !! I recently “returned to office” (wink wink, lol) and wanted to have a good setup to make bfast/lunch prep easy. I ordered this the day before RTO and it has exceeded my wildest expectations. Ok, no wild expectations but you catch my drift, it’s just amazing. I can fit my meals in a tight, neat little package and have plenty of room for the emergency just in case Alani, my bfast mix-ins and lunch dressing or other condiments, plus snacks ! Ok this sounds like it’s turning into a review of my lunch box (which I also ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!). Utensils stack beautifully in the middle. Listen, one thing I don’t have to worry about is sustenance at work because this bad boy lets me perfectly fit everything I need with no added weight or bulk. It doesn’t seal so you can’t put anything liquidy, but that hasn’t been a problem. I know its limitations and I respect them. I happened upon this without even realizing what a game changer it would be. BEST $17 EVER SPENT 🥳

Quality and class
Best little lunchboxes I bought for my grandkids for school They love the compartments, stand up well to cleaning , and can keep foods separated . love that it makes things compact without having a bunch of zip lock bags etc, Everything is together, Even my daughter in law love these lunchboxes, plus the girls love packing their own lunches with these

Cute Idea--Falls a Little Short in the Design Department
I love the concept of this product, but the design leaves a little something to be desired. The Good: It's cute, packs easily, and it's motivating me to pack healthy lunches with forced portion control. I went to the gourmet market and bought several health salads, some fresh fruit, almonds, etc. and it's fun to decide what to pack each day. My co-workers see it in the fridge and start talking about it--too funny. The Not-So-Good: I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make the plastic silverware fit where it's supposed to. I realized I don't necessarily need all 3 pieces depending on what I pack, so if I leave the middle slot empty, two pieces fit better. I know there have been lots of comments about this next part, but I also don't understand why the seal on the lids can't be better. I thought from what I read in the other reviews that maybe it just didn't "snap" like we're used to with Rubbermaid or Tupperware, but these lids (especially the bottom one) just kind of sit on top of the container; there's hardly any seal at all. Now, you secure the whole thing with the elastic strap, which is fine, except you have to be careful when putting the strap on that you don't send the whole thing flying. Make sure you set the containers on your countertop securely. Don't try to hold it in your hand and slip the band on... the lids go all askew. If Bentgo could design this exact same box with lids that fit more securely, it would be a 5-star review. The Bottom Line: I like it, don't love it because of the design flaws. I think it's a nice, grown-up way to pack lunch attractively (kids would probably like it too, but they'd have to handle it carefully). I put in in a tote bag and then it goes in the fridge at work. Not sure it would work well in a backpack or if you carry it around all morning. I will keep my eye out for something similar that's designed a little better. Would I buy it again? Yes, I think I would if I felt I needed a second one, but I can't see why I would.

Excellent Bento Box
I initially bought one for my husband to try out. I was slightly skeptical because the shape looked a bit awkward in the video, larger than what I thought I wanted. Since I like to pack big lunches for my husband, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it out. Just after a few weeks of using it, I had to go and buy my own. I loved it that much. Some of my favorite features are: - It packs compactly in the cupboard. The smaller container fits snugly inside the larger one and the lids all snap together. - The box is usable even if you only use the larger bottom one. The band fits well enough that the top won't go flying off. I've never attempted to use the smaller divided box by itself, but I would think the band would be a little too loose. - It microwaves well if you follow the instructions and don't put the lids in the microwave. I haven't noticed any warps from reheating. - It cleans up well in the dishwasher. I put the top lids on the top rack and the bottoms sometimes go in the lower rack and we haven't noticed any changes between how the lids fit afterwards. - The utensils are pretty handy! This was a suprise to me. They're made of sturdy plastic and don't bend when you're cutting up something for lunch. - It fits a good amount of food, plenty for an entire workday. If I'm using both boxes, I like to pack my breakfast in the smaller top box and my lunch in the bottom box. I'm definitely stuffed afterwards. - The pieces are color coordinated. I like how I know which box has which lid because the logo is colored. Just a cute touch since all the pieces are interchangeable regardless of color. A few noticeable cons: - The lids don't snap shut and you MUST use the belly band to hold it all together. To me, this isn't a dealbreaker. An older box I had from a different manufacturer had snaps on the sides which actually broke apart after just a few months of use. There was no easy way of securing it after that. This box holds snugly with the band so I'm not too concerned. Just don't go tipping it all over the place. - It's not liquid safe. I wouldn't use this for any foods that are liquidy like stews or pastas. The bottom box may be slightly more liquid tight, but I wouldn't risk it. - The bottom box can be scratched if you use the included knife utensil. Again, not a dealbreaker since no plastic is completely impervious. It had small scratches, not huge gouges after using the knife. I'm just a little more careful now. Overall, my husband and I both love it. The price is perfect for the quality and I'm thinking of gifting these to some friends and family members looking to start packing lunches for work.

I LOVE MY BENTGO!!!
I LOVE my new Bentgo! I am a teacher, and I pack my lunch every day. I have experimented with ALL SORTS of bags and containers over the years, but it always boiled down to a series of ziploc bags and assorted containers jammed into a paper or plastic sack. I always felt the excessive use of ziploc baggies to be a waste... and the whole system was cumbersome and messy (inevitably, there were spills). This Bentgo is amazing! The size of it is really perfect for me. (The portion sizes that the containers yield.) I like to eat a lot of salads for lunch, and the Bentgo is BEYOND perfect for this! Lettuce can be stored in the bottom container, with toppings separate in the top container. (No more soggy croutons!) There are even cute little sauce cups to store the dressing! (Sold separately...) Note: This container is NOT meant for liquids... the company does sell a 12 oz cup for soups or drinks to accompany this product. I also like to bring left-over dinner with me for lunch. SO convenient in the Bentgo. I place a serving in the larger bottom container the night before as I clean up dinner, cut some apple slices for one of the top compartments, throw some pretzels in the other top compartment, band it all up together and throw it in my refrigerator for morning. At lunch, I microwave the bottom compartment for a re-heat of dinner, and enjoy my fruit and snack! LOVE it! And can I say... I love the fact that plastic ware is built into the container divider? I never have to go looking for a fork in the cafeteria because I forgot to include one in my lunch sack! It's so great! Finally, the Bentgo is easily stored when not in use (I like that the storage containers fit inside each other, and the Bentgo can shrink to half its height). Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this product! (Ok, maybe not if you're a 6'4" lumberjack with a huge appetite!, but for most people the container portions are FINE!) The size is perfect, and it is so functionally convenient. Not to mention, it is completely adorable! I've been showing it off to my friends, and now THEY want one! I do hope the company goes on to design different tops and bottoms (a bottom with two compartments, or a top with three or four, for example...) that fit with the original Bentgo. It would be cool to have a couple of options like that!

Gutes Bento
