2 stars because it looks as described and has the potential to be a good lunchbox.Unfortunately, my product arrived defective/torn at the seam of the handle. It’s a fairly clean tear so it looks like the material couldn’t handle the stitching and the weight of the bag.Disappointed because I’d pay as much to return it on my own and would have to reorder.. plus I’m in Hawaii so prime delivery speeds don’t apply to me.

I'm very happy with this lunch bag, and I've received a lot of compliments in passing about it. I can easily fit my three tier rectangle bent box in it with an icepack and can of sparkling water, but it still fits in my work locker which is about 10x10x12. I have no concern about it flying open while carrying it because the Velcro is pretty hardcore. The only thing I was disappointed about was that it's pretty hard to fold into the smaller bag and you certainly couldn't have anything in it which means it's purely for storing.

Had this about a month for my daughters school lunches. She loved that it rolled down to pack up without taking up much backpack space. I loved the look of it when it had been used. Like a soft thin leather. The outside can stain with oily products. There is a small mark on the base that didn’t come out. But it’s the bottom of the bag so no complaints really. Keeps cold items cold, and hot items warm, through her lunch period.

My partner really enjoys this lunch bag. It's a good size and keeps his cold food at a good temp.

Love this lunch bag, super cute and functional with a vintage vibe of a paper bag but nice quality canvas material that looks and feels as if it will last a long while.

This bag is space. You can fit about 3 water bottles in it to just give anybody the idea of it’s capacity.

Bought this for my brother, and he loves it. It’s fashionable, it looks proper and professional. Decent enough space. I’d say “medium” space, not large. If you tend to have very large lunches, I recommend a different lunch box. But this one can fit a Tupperware, a snack, and a fruit. Good insulation also.Very good for the price. 100% recommend.

Great little lunch bag and very cute! But mine came with the handle not properly sewn on and with a small hole in the top! Can't put anything too heavy inside because I'm afraid it will break, but it's still a nice lunch bag.
