Great quality and clear microphone but did not arrive with accessories and lost one of the inserts so will now need to order a set

Overall, I'm very pleased with these as they deliver on their quality claims. They are very clean-sounding headphones. They are better than my Klipsch R6i's. I also like the woven cable.PROSBuild quality is noticeable. (well done)The product comes with 8 different sets of tips to best fit various ears and comfort - nice.They come with a fancy leather hard case that is very nice but too large for practical use.They also include a nice little clip and 2-prong jack adapter. While I haven't really found a need for the 2-prong jack in years, the clip will be handy.CONS:1) these specific in-ear headphones fit my ears better when I wear them behind and over my ears - they just fit my ears better that way versus hanging down from my ears. That's fine and they fit well that way; however, the microphone/volume adjustment location is very high up and ends up being located behind my ear because of this - not an issue with other brands I've owned (Shure, Klipsch, etc.).2) There is no tension adjuster that tightens the excess cord to one's head. I find that useful when running and such to keep the cord from bouncing around. On the other hand, these have shorter length cords for each ear reducing excess.Let's see how the perform over time, but I am happy with this purchase.

Purchased these used. Came wrapped in a small package with no extras. Just headphones and one sized earpiece. Sounds quality I would say is slightly above average. The highest can be a bit "tinny" and the kids are average. The base is the best part. A nice thump that's not overly emphasized. Had for two months and still holding up great. And I'm fairly rough with them.

I realize that this is a refurbished item but the item description clearly states that "all accessories shown will be included." Received only a bare set of headphones in a plastic bag. None of the various sized ear cushions, the case or the wiring adaptors were included. Not as described. Deceptive ad.

These earbuds do have working surround sound and look great on the outside, but the music itself is muffled and lower quality. I have to turn my volume up a lot higher than usual with these just to hear it well enough, and even then it’s not that great quality sound.I’m not sure if they’re supposed to be like this, as this is my first time experiencing triple drivers and they are refurbished instead of new. Not a big fan though.

Good sound , good quality , too heavy in weight caused ear pain .Can't use .
