Love it
First, it stuck like glue to the back of my case (CaseMate clear case for iPhone XR). I put it on like a millimeter over from where I wanted it, lol that’s where it’s gonna stay. I don’t know how hard it’s going to be to take off or if it’s going to leave any residue, but I’m not planning on taking it off any time soon. The part that you slide up to make a loop has been pretty sturdy so far, too. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks, it doesn’t show any signs that it might come out of the base that lays against the case/phone.After using it for a couple of weeks, the loop part stays up a tiny bit when you flatten it, which imo makes it easier to slide your finger under and use the loop. If you put your phone down on a table with the loop flat, it flattens out, it only stays up that tiny bit when there’s no pressure on it.There’s a grippy texture on the inside of the loop which I wasn’t fond of at first, but I got used to it, it’s there for added grip.It works great as a kickstand! Also I’m confident in holding my phone by the loop, I'm not afraid that the loop or the adhesive is going to fall apart and cause my phone to fall.

Very Comfortable
I've used many phone grips over the years. Metal rings are hard and become uncomfortable, pop sockets only provide a secure hold if using two fingers and love handles are comfortable and provide a secure grip but don't act as a stand.I tried the Yubi Loop with the same design as this, but quality was lacking. The print was a vinyl sticker that wasn't applied straight and the adhesive was crooked as well. This little grip has it all. It's comfortable, very well made and provides a secure grip.I'm using a Spigen Liquid Crystal case for my Xiaomi Mi9 Lite and this little guy sticks like glue even after I decided to risk moving it a little higher after a few days. Added benefit, you can use it as a car mount in cars with horizontal vent slats.

The Only Phone Holder That Doesn't Hurt My Hand
I've tried everything - popsocket, ring, the strappy ones, the weird rectangular one, the straps that fit over each finger, etc. This is the only one that doesn't cause my hand/fingers to ache after holding for a few hours. This is made of silicone which is an upgrade from the previous one I had (plastic), so I'm pleased with it. I tried a ring again recently and wanted to like it but ended up going back to this design after a few months. I have this on a Spigen case and wireless charging still works!

The best phone grip I've tried, by far
I've tried a number of different phone grips, including Pop Sockets and the rubber contraption with a sticker on each end (that was terrible), and none have come anywhere near this one in terms of comfort, security of hold, durability and lasting adhesion. On my last two phones I've used the Spigen Rugged Armor cases, and I couldn't get Pop Sockets to stay on for any reasonable amount of time. I was always worried that it was going to pop off at any second - especially in any situation where that would be disastrous. This grip goes on easily but very securely. The one I'm using now has on my phone since November with no sign of any edges coming unstuck, or any tearing or stretching of the adjustable band.My phone is on the larger side (OnePlus 7 Pro) and I'm able to hold it comfortable for reading, taking photos, etc. without worrying that it will fall out of my hand. I also prefer this device over others for propping up my phone, and I find that I'm a lot more likely to use it that way now. This was a great buy and I've put one on my son's phone as well, which I'm hoping will extend its lifespan before its inevitable destruction.Update: It's been nearly a year since I started using this and it's still going strong with pretty much zero sign of wear. Those is probably the best phone accessory I've ever had and I will never be without one in the future!

This is the one you want, period.
Ok, so it doesnt have quite the flair of the pop sockets and all those fun looking finger loop stuff, but for me, I just want it to work the right way and be comfortable. I'd been previously making my own solutions using velcro stickons and making my own loops. This is finally something that works as well and better than my own macgyvering tho.1. Low profile, you can still use phone cradles and wireless charging and stuff.2. *WAY* the eff more comfortable than ANY of the solid metal type rings which are loose and kinda dig into your skin.3. WAY more functional than a pop socket due to the loop.4. Easy to slide your finger in. Unlike the elastic ones which are tight so you have to kindof dig to get underneath and slide in (and which risk the elastic loosening up eventually.)There are probably other things I liked about it which I cany remember to mention now, but basically this is the finger holder I've been waiting for to exist, and if you're willing to give up some of the fashionable trendiness of the pop socket type stuff, this one works how you just wish it would and feel pleased to be using.

works as expected
this works as expected, you can use it as a stand too but all depends on the positioning of the strap. Also, just be mindful it will probably interfere with wireless charging if you need that feature.

Broke after 1 day, didn't receive replacement
The product adheres very well, it makes it easy to use your phone for selfies and general use. However, I gave a 1 star review because mine broke after 1 day. I emailed the seller about this issue, they were supposed to send another and never did. Wouldn't purchase again.

more comfortable fit than pop socket
I love this style, for some reason pop sockets are not comfortable for me. I love how i can also fully open the slide and insert it into the CD player slot in my car, and it stays put while driving.

Sad
Bought it twice. The 1st one was ok but the 2nd one didn't stick and I couldn't adjust it. I'm sad because the first time I absolutely loved it.
