Almost hard as a rock, lol
Well I bought it to try it out, because we are always looking for the perfect cracker. Finally I found this for my mom. It's hard to find unsalted crackers and this turned out perfect.

Good Matzos
I’ve been eating matzos since I was a kid. These are large, square crackers, they are bland and unsalted so go well with most of the same things as saltine crackers. I like them lightly buttered as a snack or eaten with Lipton Cup-o-Soup for a light lunch. I’m never without a box or two in my pantry.
