Chapter 3 is cut off into half pages and several paragraphs and sections are missing. This is quite disappointing.

Folded cover, pages are dirty, spine is cracked. It was shrunk to make you think it was new, but even the shrink wrapping gave it away. Paid full price, very disappointing.
