Control arm drop brackets
I purchased my 07 JKU with a suspension lift already installed by the previous owner, the Jeep was really bad about wondering all over the road at speed and it was work to drive it and keep it on the road. I knew from my research that the caster must have been way out of spec from the lift. I opted to correct the issue with these drop brackets from JKS instead of adding adjustable control arms because of price and the fact that my Jeep is not a rock crawler it’s just a Jeep I use for hunting. The drop brackets were well built and sturdy, installation was fairly easy for one person took a couple of hours. The improvement in handling was 100% can drive it down the road now with one hand. Very pleased with the product, would highly recommend if your Jeep has issues wondering.

a miracle in my jeep happen today
The media could not be loaded. I was waiting to fix my problem like 4 months ago. my jeep is lifted 3.5 inches. driving on expressway my jeep goes side to side like a boat in the sea. and the suspension was really rude. I take out my adjustable controls arms, I put a new ones, no adjustable. and my jeep back to the factory set up. this brackets for that money 💰 is a great deal. now I'm driving over 70 miles per hour and feeling like a new car. no rude driving experience and my car goes straight.

Solid construction - picked these over the 2-piece designs with spacer sleeves. This is a stamped and welded design. I didn’t “need” these brackets or the JKS adjustable track bar with a 2.5” spacer lift, but I am taking the mods in stages and the drop brackets are compatible with future plans. Ride is as good or better than factory, and corrects caster angle. Fitment and installation went well on a 2017 JKUR. I removed the heat shields and didn’t put them back on - the bracket moves the rubber bushings far enough away from the exhaust. You’ll need a 10mm ratcheting wrench for the top drivers side removal. Nothing else fits and a box end wrench will take you an hour to get the screw out. Recommend installing the upper frame bolt first. Couldn’t get the holes to line up on the passenger side by putting the lower frame bolt in first. Not a big enough problem to deduct a star, but just be aware and try it both ways. And have a dead blow hammer at the ready. You’ll need a helper, 4 solid jack stands and a floor jack. Especially when getting the suspension link lined up. Also, after struggling on the first side, I aligned the upper control arm first. It’s much easier to ratchet strap the lower control arm into position than the upper.
