Very detailed animal figure/toy! Might be a little harder for really small children to hold because of its larger size. But I would definitely recommend this for anyone that loves and/or collects animals:) wonderful paintwork and feels really durable material-wise,and sturdy when standing. The eyes and nostrils are glossed for a more “realistic” effect! Super cute overall:)

WHY OH WHY did SAFARI limit their beautiful xlarge animals? these will fill my purposes perfectly--pulling elegant sleighs in a christmas display there will also be SAFARI polar bears, certain Prehistoric animals. Safari animals are cherished by kids of all ages....some 72-year old kids. mostly great paint work. Detail is everything.

Bought a variety of these for my son's third birthday. They are a little big for his hands, but he loves them still. I like that they are not rock hard - they have some softness to them. Look adorable on his bedroom shelf!

i have been buying the safari brand toys for a while, and this zebra is really cool. i like that they are bigger, but they now make them hollow. this one is hollow and it takes away from the appearance of durability. i would like it to be smaller and not hollow. being miniature detailed animals is where you find the charm of the safari animal collection.
