They were professional and when given the opportunity they took care of the problem immediately. They went over and beyond and I am a happy customer. My initial issue was not with the product but rather service and now they have fixed that. Mistakes happen and they definitely fixed that problem. ThanksAs you can see the item I received is NOT what I ordered. I ordered this closely because I need it for my 5th grader. We started off the school year with him at the dining table so I can monitor him during online schooling only to find out it's more distracting for him with all of us moving around so I needed this desk like yesterday. Inwouldnhave returned it. What I ordered was a 2 toned desk with the holder on the side and headphone clips. Instead I got a 2 shelf desk with no side holder and no headphone clips - very disappointing. For those looking to buy this particular desk, it is sturdy, easy to put together and looks great. If I wasnt pressed for time I would send it back. I give the product a 5 and customer service a 1 because this isnt what I ordered.

Instructions could be better. They provide the counts for each types of screw on the instructions and my actual screws received has 1 more than needed. But one type of screws showed a higher count than what I received, so I was going to contact customer service about the missing screw. Later I found that they actually gave me a spare for each type of the screws except for one... This wasted some time.The assembly was not too bad but the instructions could be better. The diagram shows how 2 legs have to face certain way, I did ok there, then following on to do the other 2 leg. Since the diagram did not repeat the instructions about the other 2 legs also having to face a certain way, I did it wrong and had to redo. I know logic tells me all 4 legs should be the same, but the problem was that I was following each step to a t. Also there were 2 support pieces at the end for reinforcement, each one requires 2 screws but there's only 1 hole. I actually think this desk is sturdy enough for my laptop work, so I'm ok without the reinforcement. All in all, a sturdy desk, pretty good quality including the pocket/file folder thing on the side. I like it.

We needed a new computer desk large enough to hold 2 27 inch monitors. Not only is the desk a perfect size (we bought the 47 in), but the price was within our budget. We were going to purchase an Ikea desk, but this one has a more appealing, rustic look. The unassembled desk arrived undamaged and I put it together by myself in under 30 minutes. Not sure why others thought the desk was not sturdy because it is definitely solid and sturdy. The side pouch is a nice touch and we use it to hold an iPad. We didn't install the side hook because it was not usable given where we placed the computer tower. Overall, this is a very nice-looking, sturdy desk with an amazing price.

This is a very nice desk for the price.PROS: The attached pocket is a great feature, as it helps keep you organized. It didn't take long to setup and the instructions were clear and you get tools. The legs are nice and thick and the natural color is very nice.CONS: Mine didn't come with the hook as advertised. It would be great if it came with a keyboard tray attached. Unfortunately, because of the bottom lip on it, you can't attach a tray because it isn't deep enough for the claps to stay in place. It does wobble a bit on the carpet, but that is an easy fix with some cardboard under each leg. Will probably have to take the legs off to store it. If the legs folded up that would be great, but that is a personal preference only.I do recommend the desk.

I poured through the reviews of various computer and gaming desks. This one was at a great price point and appeared to fill the bill. And I'm super glad I bought it! The 55 inch is very sturdy and classic looking. It has a headphone holder and a paper holder for each side. Would have been nice to see a cup holder option but for the cost of thus table I'll live. Might make a good add on purchase idea though.Wasn't very tough to assemble but I had my own impact screw gun and high qualility bits to help out.Especially for the money I can't imagine this table getting beat.

I love this desk it is exactly right. I have two monitors on it and my laptop (63" size) and it functions well. Super easy to put together and very sturdy. The add on pocket smelled terrible when I opened it but the next day the smell was gone. The pocket is bigger then I thought so is very handy as extra storage. The little hook is cute but not very practical if they gave you the option of putting it on the front or in the pocket it would be better - but I don't really need it so...One other thing to note, if you use a keyboard tray, you will need one that had clamps that fit a 2.4 inch wide desk top. My keyboard tray works but the mouse has to removed before I push the tray under the desk. (See image)

A decent table for the price. I would purchase another one.Instructions are not very accurate. The number of screws and their descriptions are not exact. Overall 8/10 sturdiness of construction. Would be perfect if had 2 more additional support corner bars. The pocket on the side is roomy and useful. The customer service is on point.Suggestions to improve the product from B+ to A:1) Improve the instruction manual, to include all of the details.2) Provide the EXACT count of screws/hardware not more or less, so one can easily tell which screws are which by counting them, even better label the screw packs with letters.3) Include 4 reinforcement beams, instead of 2, as that would increase the sturdiness of this table greatly.I wish your company the best, as you need to make some small above-mentioned changes to this product and it would improve greatly.
