I received the DVD 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid 4 discs included. The recording is defective on all 4 discs. I purchased this through Amazon and Amazon went through a third party from Germany. Because DVDs are mass produced, they are often never checked. The color scheme on the recording is defective and will not play because of this. I did not get a return label on this from Amazon, but instead have the return address to the third party seller in Germany. It is not cost effective for me to pay shipping postage to return this $20 item. This unfortunately is going to affect future purchases with Amazon and me.

Very disappointed that this was even an option for purchase in the US. I didn't read the fine print and the DVDs won't play on most DVD players sold in the US. When I tried to return the DVDs for the refund, I was expected to pay shipping to England for them. Seriously?? I feel very misled and disappointed.

The DVD are coded for the U.K. DVD players and PC's and PS3 & 4 AND X-BOX. They do not work on U.S. technology.DO NOT BUY IF IN THE U.S.

I could not play this on any of my dvd players or computer. This was a presentformy daughter's birthdayandshewasdisappointed. Aweful!

DVD’s took weeks to be delivered. None of the discs were in working condition & DVD player could not read.

Do not buy if you live in canada you Cannot play this DVD it will come up as wrong region errorI bought this for my son for Christmas and it does not work at all we are very disappointed this should not be allowed to be sold on Amazon.ca

Very disappointing to me and my son. Non of the discs would not work. Error said that they "would not play in our region" not sure why it's even being sold

Brought for my 10 year old son who loves the books. He absolutely loved this!!

Beware, Can’t use these videos in Canada!
