Made durable with excellent enamel. Wondering a possible lid made for the wok which may or may not need but I will be using the pan today. The wok like pan. Other than that great value for the eighty sun dollars compared to its original 209.00. I think I be having fun cooking. Color ..weight. Versatility.. with enameled covering in its excellence. Thanks to Vendor and Amazon I be a happy camper.

I love this braiser pan and use it constantly! I cook dinner every night and usually go to this for everything from stir fries to cooking things in the oven. I was looking for a pan that went from stove top to oven and this one fits the bill very nicely! It has a good heft to it and is very easy to clean with a scrubby sponge. But the grill pan that comes with it is more or less useless! You can't cook eggs on it because it is raised and parts of the egg fall into the grooves. It is a strange length which means you can't fit it on two burners, only one because it is not that long, so it seems one half of the grill pan can cook something while the other half that doesn't fit on the burner is useless! Maybe if the grill pan was ONE smaller size it would be more useful!

I love to cook, so I've always wanted a set of wrought iron enameled cookware. Le Cruset would be my preference if I could afford, but this set did not disappoint at all and it was very reasonably priced. It's definitely weighty cast iron, the enameling is to-par. I already have a fully seasoned set of cast iron cookware without enameling, so I can't wait to try some of my favorite recipes with this enameled set!

YES! I have always wanted an enameled cast iron set and now I have one. I have thrown away my old non sticks. I regret not taking a before and after my slow cooked bbq beef. Heats evenly, very heavy. Tight fitting lid. loved this set so much I logged in a month later to purchase the dutch oven. I predict this set to be with me for years and years to come.

The enamel finish in the braiser is white and very easy to clean. The 12" skillet has a beautiful black coating and I tried to just fry some hamburger and boy I won't do that again. You have heard of the "non stick" coating, this should be called "everything sticks" coating. I reallly have no idea what I can cook in this pan that will not involve a long cleanup. This will just go on the shelf, I don't plan on using it again.
