That depends on your PA, not any pedal. FYI. This pedal is awful. You get what you pay for.

Can this be used with a ukulele ?

Yes. As long as the ukulele is set up as a electric instrument (like a guitar) this pedal can be used. In fact this pedal can be used with any electric instrument which work with an amplifier

*Is there any kind of a mix control?

1st knob on the left is Level, which controls the amount of wet or dry reverb.
