Packaged beautifully. It arrived secured properly. I don’t know about the flavor because I bought it to use as applying in the navel on a daily basis. To that end I am very happy with it. It’s helping me heal very nicely. Update on 12/27/2020 I started using it on my face as a treatment after reading about it online. I rub a bit between my palms and it becomes very smooth like cream, I applied it to my face after washing with an exfoliating cleanser. I didn't apply any serum or anything else at all. It feels very fatty and a bit greasy but I just went with it. I did use a rose quarts roller stone to work it in and its only been 2 days I'm already blown away by the results. I can honestly say it took 5 years off my face. I like this more than my very expensive skincare set that I have been using for years. I suggest if you want to try this then do it for a couple days when you are off. If you can even devote 2 days a week I think you will love the results. i've never been so amazed by using anything for just a couple of days.

This stuff is really good quality. Only problem was that it was missing a lot of product in the jar. When I opened it there was a good amount missing (see picture taken directly after opening) which is disappointing for how expensive it is. Maybe it has to do with it moving around and resettling during shipping but still seemed like a lot missing from the jar. I understand the cost because of the quality and ethics it takes to make this product, it is a rare find.But would have hoped for a full jar, felt a little bit cheated. The taste is strong compared to other ghees but that's because it is cultured. Dont expect the very mild flavor of most store bought ghee, but the strong flavor also indicates it is authentic cultured gir cow ghee and good quality.

Tastes like lard. Tested the product for purity since It’s common practice in India to adulterate A2 ghee. It passed the starch test but failed the heat test. Which is said to be adulterated with other oils. When heating a teaspoon of A2 ghee in a pan it’s supposed to melt easy and turn brown quite quickly. If it stays yellow it’s adulterated. I left in the pan heating for quite a while and it stayed a nice yellow. I fried food with it and the left over ghee in the pan was a nice yellow. This is one of 2 brands from Amazon I tested. Both failed heat test. All I want is pure unadulterated ghee! Is that possible?

I have tried many brands, but this ghee truly feels homemade. As soon as I opened the jar, I was greeted with a rich, nutty, and authentic aroma that took me back to my childhood. The texture is perfectly danedar (granular) and it melts beautifully on hot rotis. It elevates the taste of dal and khichdi instantly. It is definitely pure, light on the stomach, and worth every rupee and one more,the packaging was awesome.

This cow ghee may not be 100% pure. In most cases, as soon as I open the container lid, I get ghee fragrance. In this product I did not get the fragrance of pure ghee. This is my honest feeling.
