This is SO easy to use! Less of a chance of burning your fingers/hands as well since the barrel rotates itself with just the push of a button! Heats QUICKLY, holds its heat for as long as you need, perfect sized barrel to keep curls tight or loose, and I appreciate the little kickstand to set on counter to keep the hot barrel from touching anything. I also appreciate how quickly it cools off once you shut it off or unplug it. I'm a SAHM with 3 littles and this makes it QUICK and EASY to make myself feel pretty when I don't have a lot of time! Highly recommend to all beginners as well! A time or 2 of use and you'll have it down easy peasy.

super easy to use

First, the packaging is suspicious. Plain brown box with no words or indication of what it is. No marketing? Well, the iron itself is generic too. No logo, brand, anything. That is fine, but very odd. It heated up okay, but not fast. I ambreturning because the rotation function doesn't really work and that is why I ordered it. I have another model that rotates and I loved it (it stopped rotating after a year, hence this purchase). When you press and hold either the L or R button to rotate, it may rotate 1/2 way around or more likely less than 1/4 the way around. Then you press and hold again, and same thing. Several presses to get all the way around unless you get a random half way. Useless. My other model you press and hold, and it releases when you release. With this I'm constantly hitting a rotate button with no control of how far it will actually rotate. Fail. I will use my old no-rotating iron which curls better and I can spin my hand faster than this garbage.

Takes practice to not to hit the rotate buttons while I'm trying to clip the hair. Makes nice curls tho. Wish it had a home button.

I wanted the long spiral curl for my hair. My hair keeps slipping out of the clip on the wand. This makes it more time-consuming than I have in the mornings. Haven't used it in months now. Wish I had asked for a refund but I procrastinated too long.

This product is easy to use. You only need 1 hour to be familiar with the way it is working. My hair is very long so it can curl my hair into big wave like my picture. My hair is very nice for long time 4-5 hours. I can keep my curl at least 1 hour. However, because the curling iron use the temperature so my hair was a little dry. So, i reccomend you should use the hair care to keep your hair nicer

The curling iron is a good size, but the latch to curling your hair is so short that if you have medium size hair, it doesn’t work if you have short hair, it doesn’t work I think the best is to find a curling iron with the long latch that grabs all your hair. However, the company was very gracious, and I appreciate that CustomerService.
