I really love this bike- the only drawback is the chain sound
I really love this bike- the only drawback is the chain sound, which you'll get with any chain driven bike. Not a big deal though. I've taken spin classes for a few years, and this is definitely a gym-quality bike. I'm 5'9" and it fits me well and adjusts easily. The tension is very touchy- you don't need to turn the wheel much to increase the intensity. No kidding, there's a line to this bike in my family some mornings! I bought the Cycle Cast app on my iPhone and blast their awesome workouts. Definitely one of my favorite purchases.

Exceeded Expectations!
This bike more than exceeded my expectations. Extremely well build and easy enough for even me to assemble, but it is heavy. Adjustments in seat and handlebar height were easy for this 5' 2" woman. I was really hoping that the spin action would be as good as the bikes at my gym and, thankfully, it was. There is only one downside to this bike and others may not find it a problem at all. I wish the handlebars were a little more ergonomically designed. Bars are a little stiff while a resting place for the elbows would be very helpful for a longer time on the bike.

Excellent Indoor Bike
I just love that I can exercise indoors specially in winter when is too much snow outside. As good as the bike from 24 hour fitness class. I recommend it to anybody trying to stay healthy and have fun too.

Put money toward diff model if you're 5'3" range or 6'3" & over
I bought this bike to rehab shin splints & plantar fasciitis and am disappointed. We also use it to sub in cardio parts of crossfit workouts or to warm-up. I waited to review until I had given it a full 3-month honest workout load for 30-45 min spinning workuts. I am 5'3" and I can't quite adjust handles & seat to accurate positions without peddaling so hard through my feet and more through my quads/hamstrings. My husband is 6'4" and he can't adjust handlebars high enough. The handlebar design for grip placement is super limiting and forces awkward positions. I think we just need a better fitting bike. It rides fairly smoothly but makes a scratching noise during the spin. The bike is easy to assemble. I wish I had returned it now and purchased Asuna's next model. For $599, this bike doesn't fit our needs.

Ok, but to sensitive during adjustments.
Box was a limitless damaged so some plastic cover had a little area broken out. Not worth the hassle of returning, though. Bike works as expected, but the "tuning knob" is very sensitive and makes in workout adjustments impossible. Turn it just a millimeter and the resistance goes up tenfold ....
