Clover 3105 Yarn Cutter Pendant, Antique Gold

I needed a small item to add to a recent order when they item popped up. For the price, I decided to give it a try. This is a wonderful item if you are needing to cut thread or yarn while working on a project. The blades are sharp, but recessed and non-threatening (think getting through TSA... maybe? Be sure to check their rules) I strung black cord through it. Made a great pendant/necklace when not in use, yet it was handy when I needed it.

I added a chord to this and it’s very handy to hang around your neck while crocheting. Can be used for travel. Nice quality

Where scissors aren't allowed this item comes to the rescue. I use it to cut yarns and I don't worry about scissors poking holes in things. I thought it would be flimsy but not at all, it's very sturdy.

2022 update. Ok they grew. 9-10 grew. However they die quickly and are not hardy. I’m no beginner either. Will try again. I travel for work a lot. I can’t bring scissors on the plane and there is none in the hotels. I buy a few to put in each project so I don’t go around trying to find one. It’s made in Japan so the blade doesn’t full. You cannot cut yourself. I had to one time use it to cut cable ties. It worked great! I love it. I bought 4!

I love that it looks like an antique necklace or pocket watch. It cuts yarn and thread nicely and it's very convenient when traveling!

This isn't sharp enough for me to want to use instead of scissors when I'm at home but I'm really excited to use it while I'm traveling! I fly a few times a year so I'll definitely be taking this with. It is beautiful and I put together 2 cheap silver necklace chains to wear very loosely around my neck.

I purchased this Yarn Cutter pendant as a last-minute gift for myself. Very happy with it. The loop at the top is wide enough for any size yarn, so I just used a scrap to make it a pendant. Very good weight, and the blade is very sharp. It is now one of my must-have tools when I am knitting, especially when travelling. It has practically eliminated my need for scissors when "on the road" with my projects.

I like this cutter pendant. It is very handy to have around my neck when working on a knit or crochet project.

El colgante llegó en tiempo y cumple mis expectativas. Corta hilos finos y gordos, con un corte limpio. Hay que tener cuidado para que no se "roce" con telas porque si entran en la "rendija" cortará la tela. Le puse un lazo como cadena y lo llevo de vez en cuando como joya. Tiene cierto peso y consistencia, me gusta mucho. Es ideal como regalo para una ganchillera viajera

I have actually replaced this cutter twice in the last twenty years. This time, I bought what I thought was one and I was sent a three pack. I'm okay with that, since it's a great product and I recommend it to all my crafting friends. Do not take it on airlines, I had to replace it this time because security thought it was a weapon. It is heavy and does not give the cleanest cut the way sharp scissors would, but is perfect to keep on a keychain with other tools. (Sock is Called "Sock Doctor" and has the anatomy of a sock and kitchener stitch on it, plus a needle holder)

I bought it because it was cute, I love it because it's super handy. I put this on a string and hung it on my main yarn bad. I'm contemplating using a larger string so that I can wear it around my neck when working. I am the queen of losing scissors, and this would make it simple to make snips where required. Oh, also very well made - heavy as all get out. This is one solid piece of kit.
