Initially bought these bands for the mrs but have been using them myself.I have incorporated the bands in my home workout routine and must say I would not go back.These bands allow me to increase resistance when I need too gradually as they come in three different resistant strenghts/levels.Also the bands come in a very nice packaging and are easy to store back into a compact bag that's provided so you never misplace them, not to mention each resistant band comes in a different colour so it's easier to tell the different levels.A very good product and definitely recommend:)

In the last six weeks, I have started working with a personal trainer. As someone who is sedentary due to my job and also a physical disability, I am not keen to be working out in front of other people. I asked my PT what would be the best piece of equipment to invest in, to keep up an exercise routine between sessions, and he suggested resistance bands. He was absolutely right - I can do so many different exercises with these, many of which replicate the work of specialist gym equipment, without having to have a large area to keep them in, or worry that I have wasted my money on expensive equipment. The bands come in their own handy bag, so can easily be put away when not in use. Perfect!

The bands are fine, the handles and straps that accompany them are pretty poor though, I have 10” ankles without trousers on and the leg straps barely go around, leaving Velcro visible which tears your legs to bits .... looks like they are aimed at a more petite individual, if you have medium to large legs, do not get these. The hand straps are also very small and the rough straps grate on your knuckles ripping your skin open, gloves are mandatory.They work well though apart from the flaws above but I cannot rate them above 1 star due to the usage limitations I have with them.

First of all, pros: quality feels good. One of my concerns before purchase is about the grip, and whether they would snap. So far so good, and they have a nice feel to it. Unless they age rapidly in neat future, I don’t think they would snap.And the cons: the range is a little short. However, I am fairly tall, so my arms and muscles may have a sightly longer range. But the fact that they don’t allow me to have a full extension of certain movement, such as rowing, can be annoying.All in all, a big help during the current lockdown situation.

These were all the craze during the first lock down and frankly, I fail to understand why. The resistance isn't great and you really need to have a lot of space to get the full benefits - which are limited.Just to add, so the vendor stops sending me emails - I didn't have a 'bad shopping experience'. The items were well packed, and are of good quality.

I bought these as an alternative to a big bulky dumbbell set. In terms of weights or resistance there’s enough tension in the bands to do a home work out. In the pack comes a pocket size guide to workouts and it’s amazing home much you can do with these. They won’t replace a gym workout but good for a quick session of maintenance work out.

Gym snobs scoff at these but they work, only bought them for two muscle groups, lats and triceps as needed bit of variation from pull downs.Because they're really long I attach them to a coat hanger kneel on the floor behind a bed lay flat on the bed with my chest and pull towards me. They work, you can feel it pulling on your lats.Because they don't sell single or double bands on there own I might get another set as they're cheap to add further resistance.But at the moment 160lb is sufficient.Build quality is very good and trusted them from the off pulling towards my head!

Only 1 band arrived that looked safe to use. Every other band has links, cracks or discoloration. There's no way I'm going to attempt to use these, will be returning and seeking a refund immediately.
