Prefer IFIT....
My treadmill uses these SD cards. I like the IFIT exercise cards. If you like alot of coaching the J.M. will suit you. I personally wish she would just be quiet. I prefer to listen to music or a good book while I workout on the treadmill. I find her voice annoying but the workout is ok. Again I think IFit does a better job. I sweat more with them.*Update: The second day the card stop working. Sending back to vendor. Guess JM didn't like my criticism of her monolog.

I like the challenge
I've started working out more consistently. In the past I would do the treadmill but do the controls manually. The iFit card forces me to a more challenging workout and I like that. At age 55, sometimes I have to hold on to the front of the treadmill bars when she gets going at a higher elevation and faster speed but I know eventually I'll be able to do those rates hands free. I like to listen to audio books or music when I'm on the treadmill so after the first time listening to Jillian (just to hear what she had to say) I turn the volume all the way down on my treadmill so I don't hear her. The program still goes along just fine (incline and speed go up and down as programmed) and I'm happily listening to my book or music. I keep the iFit card in the little plastic case it came in when it's not in the treadmill slot. As someone else mentioned, if the iFit card gets in contact with the magnet on your treadmill key it can erase all the information on the card and no longer work so you'll want to be careful of that. Lastly, the information on the iFit case says the treadmill programs are 30 - 45 minutes long however program 2 is only about 23 minutes (that's as far as I've gotten). I did some research on the internet and saw on the HSN website they posted that the treadmill programs are 20 - 45 minutes long (the Incline programs are 30 - 45 minutes). I don't have a problem with this I just was wondering why it ended a little early.

Way to fast!
I started out with the ifit1 and thought it was really slow. Top speed in level 1 was 3 and an incline of 6. For me the entire level 1 was doable. I ordered level 2 and could hardly wait to advance to the next level. I received it today and tried it out immediately. The very first work out went to a 6% incline and a top speed of 6. Most of Level 1 speed was 2.5. There was no way I could keep the 5 and 6 mph pace. I had to keep bringing the speed down manually. Would have been so much better to have been able to build up to those speeds. CT

Protect your media!
To warn/help others and just my 2 cents, but if the card quit working on the second day, it was probably because the magnetic safety key for your treadmill was placed in the cup holder area along with the card. Magnets can erase the data and programs on the SD cards! A word to the wise...If you don't like the commentary, you can always wear headphones and listen to an alternate music source, the card will continue to control the changes in the workout.Hope this helps. :^)

Don't Buy
Did not work well. Skips and freezes in the middle of a work out.
