Yes but it's not that strong you're better off with a nylon as far as durability

does this come with a sheath?

If the sheath is advertised as a molle sheath you cannot use it on your belt. you'll need to buy a nylon or leather sheath because Leatherman didn't bother to make the molle sheath fit a belt AND your tactical gear. i threw mine away and purchased a $15 sheath for belts.
