I noticed that this screen cover has mixed reviews so I was somewhat reluctant to order one but overall I’m very pleased with it. I use a 2017 iPad Pro 12.9" (Generation 2) and this was the only Paper Like / Like Paper screen cover that I could find for it. There are several options for the newer models of the iPad Pro that are half the price of this one so it is rather expensive. I recently began using the Apple Pencil for note taking and this is what prompted my purchase. It definitely improves the Apple Pencil writing experience on the iPad - probably a bit grainier than actual paper but it’s very close. I found that it also improved my reading experience as well. I use the iPad Pro around 50% for reading ebooks and web browsing, 25% for writing with Vim and Scrivener using an external Bluetooth keyboard, 15% for note taking with Apple Pencil in Apple Notes, and 10% for other apps. For my uses I feel that it has improved my reading and note taking experiences and is neutral for other uses.One tip: Be sure to clean the surface regularly, just as you would a glossy screen, or the Apple Pencil will start to skip when writing. Just because it’s a matte screen doesn’t mean it doesn’t get dirty.Pros- provides a softer, matte screen that’s closer to reading on a dedicated ebook reader- does a good job simulating writing on paper when using the Apple PencilCons- expensive- slightly grainy feeling on the finger when scrolling and manipulating objects on screen- slight diffusion and loss of vivid colors (if you prefer matte screens you will like it)

This product is great! I have a first gen iPad. I purchased this to make writing on my iPad easier after seeing a colleague with it on hers. The product was easy to install and fit perfectly. There were a few bubbles, but they went away after a few days.

I purchased this screen cover to mimic the feel of paper while coloring on my iPad. The instructions to apply were easy to follow. The clarity is not impacted nor is there a glare when using like standard glass screen protectors. Can’t say it 100% feels like paper, but I get the feel of writing/coloring with texture and that’s fine by me.

Protects my Ipad screen well, sounds like coloring on paper when I use my Apple Pencil to make it feel more realistic when I draw. Took some getting used to but is as advertised!

The media could not be loaded. Quality: The item was packaged nicely. Even though the sleeve it was in was a little bent, there was no damage to the screen protectors. The package comes with everything you need for the install. Feels great and seems to be very durable. Good news is, when it does wear out, there is a second screen protector to replace it!Everything else: The product fits perfectly, and appears to have great adhesion. It is not the greatest when it comes to smudging and fingerprints. However, it has a great matte finish so it is very glare resistant, and of course the feel and sound of drawing on paper makes up for it.10/10 would buy again!

Awesome feel. Much improved over the standard gloss screen.

Product was delivered folded in the mailbox creating an imperfection in the middle of the screen not visible until I put it on. Cleaning the screen was tough as the wet towelette was dry for both (two screens) but wet it with water and kept trying to make it work. Lots of bubbles. Bought it as I needed a matte finish for reading music outdoors in bright conditions. Disappointed with the quality- will use for now and eventually replace. I will not choose this product again. If you do, I wish you better luck.

I got this so I can start drawing again. I was using a different screen protector and was looking for the paper-like feeling so I purchased this. I was using a metal tip on my apple pencil and before I could realize it could damage this screen, I had already glided it across a small part of the screen. It is now scratched. I switched to the regular tip and it is okay with it.
