I really enjoyed the story
I won this book through Goodreads and purchased the book for my Kindle. I really enjoyed the story. It was well written and the characters were well developed. Eva is a stong minded young woman that knows just what she wants for her life. She meets Jeb and for the first time believes that she has found the person who can make her happy for the rest of her life, but can he live up to that expectation. Jeb is hiding a secret that he doesn't want Eva to know about. Will she be able to forgive him? The Photograph is a great read, it takes the reader right into the life of the Amish people. I give this book 5+ stars.

Never Disappointed!
Knowing from the previous books I have read that the Amish forbid taking pictures, the very title of this book hooked me in:) The Characters and elements of surprise kept me hooked and the ending was perfect. Thank you Beverly Lewis for yet another piece I could not put down. I was hoping it was part of a sequel. Since it is not, I purchased "Love Letters". I am once again knee deep in the reading, wondering, trying to figure out......and hoping for that perfect ending:)Your books are always a pleasure. Thank you for ALL you do:)

A Clever Plot
This is a good Amish stand-alone romance with a clever plot. One of Beverly's best, I think. Do read it!

Picture
The Photograph was sad but thrilling as it wound through several states and different church districts. I wonder how many Amish have soMany sorrows to deal with in their life. I enjoyed seeing into the lives of the women and the men in this story. I also like to experience throughThe story how Amish life unfolds. I think they gossip a little too much and can make life a little more difficult than was intended by their churchLeaders.
