Brand LED Work Light Box - Energy Saving LED Machine Light for Drill Press, Desk, Craft

My wife does a lot of quilting and the default machine lighting was proving inadequate for her. This unit nicely adheres to the bottom of the machine and effectively lights up the needle area. The white light is perfect for sewing. The adhesive is very effective and it doesn’t fall off in normal use. However the cord holds are a different story; the cord easily slips off when working with replacing thread on thread stands. It should be noted that the light has gotten caught and pulled off when she is quilting large bulky quilts which fill the entire throat area of the machine but this is a very infrequent occurrence. The adhesive patch may or may not stick back up and the wires connecting to the light can separate at the sodder points when this happens. Bought a new one when this happened so overall very happy with unit

The light works pretty well. It does interfere a little with the pressure foot control lever, because of its thickness. (The lever on the machine is not on the back of the machine.) I like the dimmer feature. It is easy to turn on and off. The build quality could be improved. It doesn’t look durable. The price value is ok.

Service re shipping etc was great. Kust one problem. Have tried the strip lights and found that the adhesive on the strips and the little holders did not hold very long. Was hopeful that this style would be better. It is not. It fell off the machine in less than a couple hours. However, purchased a package of “Sticky Back Industrial Strength 2”x4” Velcro”. Cut it to fit the light and so far it is holding. Been a couple days and so far so good! Hope it lasts!

Gets REALLY HOT & didn't stay stuck to machine. It kept separating from the "panel" it was stuck onto & the chip workings were visible. I didn't think LEDs were supposed to get hot but this was really hot! The light itself was nice & bright but kept falling down - not the sticky pd it was on but the actual light panel....maybe defective one?

This light is superior to the strip lights I began with. This would be a 5 if not for issues keeping light affixed to sewing machine! As strong as the adhesive is, the light will not stay put. I resorted to getting sticky tack to keep it in place! I've have given up, even sticky tack didn't hold long, the heat of the light wore it out. The tabs on cord are useless, causing the weight of cord to hinder light from holding. Cord is too short! Hate to return because light was bright and helpful. If you can fix other issues it may be a good product worth a 5.

I've been using this light for six months and am very pleased. I have one sewing machine issue. My machine has no flat surfaces in the harp area. The light is rigid and has raised edges that catch on bulky projects and pulls loose. I bought a small roll of vhb tape at the dollar store and stick it back on when ever that happens. The light is well worth the effort.

Adds excellent light for sewing where you need it with variable intensity. Very competitively priced at time of purchase.

Je l'ai acheter pour une machine a coudre industrielle et elle est parfaite. J'en avais une autre identique et payer 2 fois le prix. Elle m'a durer 2 ans. Alors c'est un très bon achat !!!
