They hold up regardless of the type of food. Does not it soggy. Holds up to knife use without cutting into the plate like styrofoam.

Very sturdy

These plates are sturdy, have three separate compartments to keep good from running together, and are my “go to” plates when we vacation in a cabin on the river. I love the freedom of not having to wash dishes while on vacation. They are definitely first choice casual dinner plate.
