Disney Parks Haunted Mansion Door Knocker Lights and Sounds

Great conversation piece. Not that loud either. Looks great on my door under the stairs.

Fun novelty for a Disney fan!

Cute decoration. Like many other reviews stated, the motor is really loud which kinda takes away from the overall product. But for the price it’s a cute decoration and even if it’s just stationary it looks good.

I wanted to love this. First I will say that it looks really cool-I will definitely be displaying this. It’s also fairly sturdy- I’ve dropped it a few times by accident with no damage. But the sound effects are terrible. It’s supposed to sound like metal tapping metal and it sounds like some kind of strange dog barking. Also the motor that makes it knock on its own is SO loud that even if you could get past the sound effects being off, it would sound terrible still. I’m surprised that this was given the approval from Disney to be sold since it’s such a terrible representation sound-wise. If you want it to look cool and not use the motion or sound effects, it’s worth the price. If you wanted to use the locking effect I’d pass. I would not rebuy this or recommend it to anyone overall.

Super loud, you can hear all the gears turning and grinding and top it off they added a knocking sound that is super loud 😂 it looks great it works great. It sounds terrible

Really disappointed. Not what I thought I was getting. When you turn it on, all you can hear is the motor turning the gear in the back of the door knocker. It just sounds like a machine moving. Had I not had to destroy the box to open it I would have returned it. Now it just hangs on the wall as part of my haunted mansion decor. Only plus side is it looks cool.

As a monstrously huge Mansion fan, I wanted to love it and it is very similar to shape and size of the real ones but, very loud motor noise that is overpowering and actual door knocker sound efx is not accurate at all in fact i dont know what i am hearing from it, could be mine is defective but i doubt it. I have been stuck in that hallway of the doors on the ride and they shut all the sound efx off but since the door knocker noise is that actual sound of the metal hitting the metal you still hear them all knocking and when thats all you hear while your stuck for a while its gets to be a bit much, i mean how hard is it for them to record the real knocker knock sound and put that on a chip sounding genuine would seem to be the MOST important feature right? I cannot see putting it on any door for any reason other then for looks. maybe they should have just put a metal pieces on the parts that hit and use a electromagnet like the real one to make it both moved and knock then there would be no motor noise either now theres an idea i guess no one thought of................

The media could not be loaded.  This is super cute. Looks just like the knockers in the ride. That being said, the little motor inside to operate the knocking motion is crazy loud. Like you can hear it over the knocking sound loud.
