If you are looking for sweet chocolate, buy American. If you're looking for good chocolate, you've found it! This chocolate comes across as mellow and mild, at first. But, after it starts melting in your mouth you soon find yourself melting into the flavor. Once you eat the second candy it becomes hard to stop! The flavor isn't overpowering or syrupy, instead it is simply a mellow, smooth, dark chocolate flavor. Like, I think it's actually real chocolate, instead of American brown wax-chalk sugar bombs that they call "chocolate candy"!

Pretty high-quality chocolate to have on hand. I like that they’re wrapped individually to take in the car or in my purse.SOoOo good when melted, in my hot cereal or on a peanut butter sandwich. When they get old, they taste a little stale, but if you melt them, they taste great again. Not the least expensive, but sometimes you need portable chocolate. And if you have Food issues, it’s good to have individual serving so that you eat less

They are very good

The texture of the chocolate is wonderful, very good quality tasting chocolates. The dark color chocolate has no bitterness or aftertaste which is a big plus. The bag is huge! I was pleasantly surprised how much chocolate was in the bag! Great value for size and the buck.

The surface of the chocolate is white, typical of when chocolate is stored in a hot place or stored too long. The texture is chalky. In general, pretty awful. Unfortunately I can't return the bag or get my money back. Just for comparison, I bought a bag of Bouchard Belgian dark chocolate. It's dark, full of chocolaty flavor and creamy. Now that was worth every penny and I'll buy Bouchards again, not Swiss Delice!

Best dark chocolate I've had. I was interested in getting quality chocolate at a good value and this is a home run! Being concerned about value, I counted how many bars I received. There were 272! Wow! And the bag says there will be at least 260. Buying one for home and one for work! The chocolates arrived in perfect condition.

This is the chocolate for those who believe the health benefits of 70%+ pure dark chocolate. The simple ingredients and lower added refined sugar result in a purer chocolate taste, which may not be for everyone with a sweet tooth. For me, I'd much rather have 2 pieces knowing that this has several times more antioxidants than green tea or red wine, while containing substances that also help lower your blood pressure and improve your cholesterol levels and brain function.
