They work
Pay close attention to purchase the right size plug for your panel (3/16" vs 1/4 "). Also, the directions don't specify that whatever you use as an insertion tool must be small enough to fit in the small hole in the end of the plug, yet rigid enough to push it home without expanding it to the point of bulging the tube much. I've repaired several punctures with these and they are still leak free after several years.

work perfectly!
These plugs are great. I was able to salvage my old panels, which I thought I would have to replace. My panels have smaller diameter tubes than these plugs were designed for, but I just cut off the large end and they worked fine (took some trial and error to find the right length to cut them.)

Didn't really do the job. I had to do modifications to get them to work properly

Don't fit
The problem may not be with the plugs but rather with Amazon for not stating that there are two different sizes and these DO NOT fit many Fafco panels. They are too small. If you do not know the name of your panel i.e sungrabber or sunsaver, look at the reviews to get an idea which you should order. I had a 50-50 chance, I guess and got it wrong.

They worker very well!
They did the job. I had leaks near where the heating pipes are connected to the supply and the return lines, and the materials supplied in this kit worked very well!

They work well and are a great value
These plugs do what they're supposed to do. They're cheap too, considering they help me get an extra couple of years out of my Sungrabber panels.
