The collar is sturdy and very pretty for a female cat. My kitty only wore it once and then she ran away. We found her collar in the front yard.However, I definitely recommend this style.

Its perfect for me because I only wanted something he can easily get off since hes a kitten.I can't speak for the other colors since theres a lot of reviews about the black and green one not being break away at all. But this is the lavender one and its very easy to break off. I found it on the floor next to him a few minutes ago for the first time after only 1 day.I put my own bells on it and removed the charm since it seemed kind of pointy but im sure it would be perfectly fine for a larger cat- I'm just being cautious since I only got ziggy here about 3 days ago and don't know what he gets up to at night.This is the kitten size and hes rather small and it fits him just fine.

my kitten is only 6 months old so she didn't really like having it on her neck, but it is very cute overall. it came with a bell charm as well. it does come off easily which can be a good and bad thing. the good reason for that is so that their nails or fur wont get caught in the snap clasp, bad thing is if they go missing it might get caught on something and fall off if there was a name tag on it. just make sure your cat/kitten is okay with wearing collars in general..

This is an overall nice collar for the price. There are no loose threads, errors, defects, or other imperfections. Clasp is a true breakaway. No complaints at all.

This collar is very cute and the charm is the perfect size. I was pleased the bell came separately so you have the option of leaving it off. I’ll probably get this in a few other colors as well!

Love this Collar it’s adorable and my cat hasn’t ruined it yet and its been a few months she ruined her last collar in a month and the fabric was everywhere and sticking up like spikes so I’m really pleased this one is not easily ruined like that one.

I like that my kitten is safe with this snap away collar. I like that it seems sturdy, long-lasting, and I fell like the product is worth what it says it is.

Compared to other breakaway collars in the same price range, this collar weighs less. The moon ornament is made of glossy metallic plastic. The clasp is not as strong as on similar collars.

Please please do not buy for a kitten. We nearly lost our 11 week kitten today due to this collar. He must of fallen of the chair and the charm became caught in the fabric. My 4 year old found him hanging by his neck, his kitten weight was not enough to snap the link and we couldn't pull it apart, had to use scissors. It's a hazard as a poor kitten isnt gesvy enough to snap the link

This collar is a little pricier than the cheap ones but my cat is quite good at not losing them. It looks great, really classy and smart. Time will tell regarding durability but as all cats will scratch their collar with the hind leg claws I have no doubt it will eventually end up scruffy just like every other collar she's ever had.Others have commented on the strength of the release mechanism but I have no issue with it; I'm confident an adult cat could break free from it if they got stuck.Overall I am happy with this product

Beautiful collar, seems very well made and suits my cat down to the ground!She's a 2 year old but has always been very small, so I got the kitten size and it fits her perfectly with room to spare. I've ordered another pink one for her, a red one for my tuxedo boy and another pink one for my friends kitten!My only complaint is that the clasp is very hard to open so I couldn't see it opening easily on a tree branch or a fence, but both my cats are indoor and they're pretty much always within my eye line so that doesn't worry me much, but if you have an indoor/outdoor cat i'd keep that in mind before buying :)

I so wanted to give this a 5 star rating but it failed on the most important thing ...the release catch. It looks stunning and made really well, looked perfect on my boy. But the 1st time wearing it it was lost in hours. I actually thought it was my fault and I hadn't tighten it properly allowing for it to snag too easy BUT thinking this was the case I immediately brought another one. This time I sized it properly so it was comfortably snug on my boy so off out he went, a few hours later he returned with No collar again, luckily this time he left it in the neighbours garden so we got it back. On checking the claspe I realised that the slightest tug on the collar it releases and I mean the slightest, I caught my little finger in it whilst stroking him and it popped right off with no pressure, it way too quick to release and at £7+ a collar needless to say I've go elsewhere, not as nice looking but cheaper and the claspe isn't as sensitive. Shame though as loved this collars look. ☹️☹️☹️

Love the collar for my little Spookys. Bit disappointed that the charm was so large. So had to take that off. Maybe once she is bigger, I can put it back on.
