I had read that Beets were good for your circulation. My feet were often cold. Very cold lol. Wool socks, Danner boots, still cold. I decided to try beet supplements to see if I had any improvement. Honestly, my feet haven't felt nearly as cold after taking this product for a couple of days. Yeah, yeah... I'm just some random internet guy. I can't guarantee that it would work for you. All I can tell you is that I have noticed a difference personally.
