I’m really happy with this set. The design is simple and elegant. It has a great shine and good weight. It finished my Thanksgiving table beautifully.

Set is ok... We have owned it for a few months so I feel like I can accurate review now. They look nice and shiny. They haven’t shown nicks or cuts like some flatware has in our past, so that’s nice. BUT... It feels flimsy and lightweight. I hate the knives. It took us a few weeks to get used to this - they feel cheap, honestly. I would have expected something heavier from such a well-known brand. My mother in law has this exact pattern and hers is much heavier. It’s a night and day difference. But she purchased hers about 20 years ago. So, it stands to reason reviews that speak to this issue are true. For some reason they produce light flat ware now, so be aware.

The shiny gleam of American Harmony is what first caught my eye. The teardrop shape and beautiful beading made it perfect for special as well as everyday meals. What really sold me on this pattern was how well the knife fit in my hand and how the weight was perfectly balanced. I purchased the American Harmony set for 8 like 20 years ago, and I added another set for 8 10 years ago. Both sets are still sparkling like new all these years later.

I ordered this set for my daughter and she loves them. This set is very easy to hold not to heavy or too light just right. The quality is great and the price was reasonable. The packaging on the other hand is not the best. I received them in a plastic bag and there was nothing to protect the silverware so when you order them inspect them carefully for dents or scratches.

Overall - not horrible, but, I was a bit disappointed. The design is very nice and appearance is attractive. The engraving is simple but strikingly elegant. The pictures lead one to think this is a more 3 dimensional stainless set. Instead it is more flat than round. Other than the knives, the concave backs of the pieces makes them light and thin to hold - so if you’re looking for a bolder heft ... these are not for you. The knives are convex on both sides - but still thinner, again, making them a bit lighter in weight. Also, a few knives showed tiny rust rings after the first cycle in the dishwasher.

Bought to supplement an older set in daily use with the same pattern. The pattern matches almost perfectly. Knives have slightly less weight than the original but not a deal breaker. Very happy with this purchase.

American Harmony pattern, reputable brand, very nice.

I am very satisfied with my order. They are not quite as heavy as another collection(Azalea) that I have, but I think they will last nicely for many years.

I was happy to find the match to my set. The knife handles are a bit more slender but otherwise the set were exactly the same as my 15 year old set.

Bought to replace 30 year-old set. Over all it is good, but the knife handles have been slimmed down and that throws off the balance and they don't sit quite as well in the hand now (they tend to want to roll sideways). Overall they are good, I'd probably buy again.

Love these! They feel great in your hand and are lovely to look at.
