Amended Review.: The initial small test worked fine, so we went for around 17lbs of prepared sausage meat and this device failed (Literally).First the seals on the plunger were useless and as we turned the handle most of the meat squirted up the sides and ended on top of the plunger. Five times, we had to stop and empty it out, refill, and start again. Still the same thing happened after only a few handle turns. We gave up stuffing sausages about 7 or 8lbs in, and decided to freeze the meat uncased. When we dismantled the machine to clean it, we found that the welding had failed both top and bottom on one side where the brackets held the cylinder. On closer inspection, we realized they were never going to hold out. They were tiny little tack welds.The device is now useless as the canister is unsupported and the plunging mechanism will not seal enough to stop the meat escaping.This certainly does not seem fit for purpose as this was its maiden voyage.I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS PRODUCT.Other notes: This is way bigger than I expected, probably my fault as it clearly states it deals with 30lbs of meat! but this thing is almost as tall as my 4 yr old grandson and definitely heavier. Cames fully assembled. Comes with 4 different size tubes so that you can make a good variety of sausages. However storage is a problem as it is so big.

Very large capacity. Very easy to set up, however, it is very difficult to turn out the sausage. Perhaps it requires much more liquid than the instructions call for. Nevertheless it is a high quality unit and will last.

If you buy in bulk or have serious hunters in the family this sausage stuffer will serve you well. Big and bulky it is designed to process large amounts of meat. It is efficient and the results are uniform and look professional.It can make different sizes. My brothers are very into making their own sausages and meat treats. This has sped up the process. It is easy to use and clean. So far there have been no problems. Good unit if you have the volume.

Durable and well manufactured. Definitely not a cheap piece of equipment. Works as intended.
