Power Systems Covered Resistance Tubes with Handles 48"

I purchased these for use at home or when I'm doing workouts at the park. I have over other elastic bands and although they do their jobs providing just enough tension for a light workout or therapy/mobility, I wanted something a bit more challenging being a former athlete who used to weight lift heavy weights frequently. These definitely fit the bill and are very thick and durable. They are clearly good quality and even feel substantial with the thick material covering the actual bands. It's tough to do the typical elastic band movements with these and takes some practice to work your strength up to be able to do so and that is exactly what I wanted. I keep them in my gym bag and they go to the park, the gym and vacations with me. Happy with the purchase. Note: The tension may be a bit much for a casual exerciser and may lead to straining. I'd only recommend these for those who are a bit larger, stronger and more experienced.

Appropriate weight and strength for a 75 year old women to exercise. Solid quality. Flexible positions for use. Excellent product.

Great quality gift for my husband for Christmas! Attached to ceiling for lat pull downs.

We bought these to use in our exercise class at the Y. We wanted bands that wouldn't hurt our shoulders and under our arms when using them and these are covered so the band itself doesn't rub. I probably would have ordered a lesser strength one (I ordered Medium for both me and hubby) and they are very 'tight' even after a couple of years use.

Mighty good

This item was recommended by my 12 year old son's basketball coach as required equipment of off season training camp. He is a pretty mature kid (both size and behavior). The resistance band broke after 3 or 4 practices, but I don't suspect it was due to misuse.

I originally used Power Systems bands during Physical Therapy sessions and bought them for home use based on my PT's recommendation. I've been hit a few time by other bands that broke. These are high quality and the nylon cover protects the band from wear and protects me in case that it does snap. I got the light and medium bands and will probably eventually get the heavy as I get stronger. I'm currently using them for Les Mills on Demand workouts.

I like the exterior covering as my old ones without them break down here in South Florida and seem to rot, these do not. These are very strong and made to last. They forgot to ship one of the bands however they advised me that they would take care of that so I'm satisfied.
