CharnosWomen's Rosalind Secret Support Bra

I purchased this bra in hopes that it would be a good reflection of all the great reviews. Unfortunately my opinion does not agree with the majority. I returned it because while comfortable, it did not provide enough support. The material covering the cups is a little stretchy, and the bra straps do not provide much extra support as they have a lot of give and are very stretchy and narrow for someone with a large bust. If I had a stationary job where I sat in an office all day: this bra would be perfect. The band below the bust is tight as it should be, but all the other components are too stretchy for my taste. Size-wise: I have been a faithful Triumph-user for many years, and would say that Charnos compares well to the measurements that Triumph uses. Stick to the size you always use (but make sure to get yourself measured regularly ladies!).Colour-wise: I agree with a previous reviewer who said that she had to return her "Brulee"-coloured one as it reminded her too much of her granny. It is a very old-fashioned type of nude (see photos), great to blend with your skin, not so great if you want to feel sexy in your underwear. The bra itself is very flattering otherwise, and I like the way the cups mould and define the breasts without making them too pointy or unnaturally round. The lace is soft, and for someone who is usually very sensitive: it did not feel scratchy anywhere. Additionally, I like how the inside of the cups has reinforcement on the sides; comfortable and adds a little support in the right place - nice detail! I had to spend some time deciding whether to return this or not as I am on the fence about it. On one side: I do really like the softness, the nice lace, and the flattering shape of it. But on the other, realistically: it would probably end up at the back of the drawer because it simply does not provide me with the right amount of support. I do not like how bouncy my breast area feels from the straps, and wish the producer would change the straps so that I could call this my new favourite bra!Please let me know if you found this review useful by indicating below. A bra that does what it should do - great support without looking 'industrial' - it is in fact very feminine in its design. No spilling out at sides or cleavage overlap, elastic sides and fastenings are great quality - all in all I'd heartily recommend this Charnos bra, its worth every penny. Superfast delivery (was it really yesterday I ordered it?) Nice colour to blend into summer tan shoulders with my 'gypsy' cotton top - a real confidence booster. Well done Charnos for considering what women really need from a bra.

I've bought this particular Charnos bra in Brulee and Black, after finding a wine coloured one in a store sale and loving the fit. This is a genuine full cup, not skimping in cover as some full cup bras can be. The lace is lovely and the sling and under wire give fantastic support. I normally go for a thick strap, but this bra is so well designed you don't need a thick strap to help with support - so it's great to have something that looks so feminine but still does what it's supposed to do. I haven't had a bra that fits so well in a long, long time, so I will be getting this bra in as many different colours as I fancy. Absolutely wonderful!

I think I understand the negative reviews. Firstly I love the bra I bought 3 and 2 of them fit perfectly and are very comfortable. They give me a lovely shape and give me great lift. I really love them. I find the straps although quite narrow don't dig into my shoulders which I normally have a problem with as I am big boobed. I highly recommend this bra.The third bra was hughly different. It was the same style but made very badly. The material felt different and was more stretchy. I tried it on and it was useless. It did not support me and I could feel pain from the straps almost immediatley. Also my boobs where drooping as if I had no bra on at all. Really terrible. I have sent the inferior one back and have not reordered the black as I am scared of getting another rubbish one.Overall for the 2 10/10 the other one -100.

At last a bra that fits me!To be fair I was fitted in a department store with this bra originally,and I would never have picked up an E cup size,believing myself to be DD at most.It is an engineering marvel - the weight of my boobs is distributed so that the shoulder straps do not cut in at all.It is made of lovely soft lace,not at all scratchy,and is a flattering shape.Full cup so no overspill when you bend over! Five stars!!!

This style of bra is my "go-to" everyday bra, for its comfort and appearance. I think I've had half a dozen, in various colours.My only gripe is that some of them pick up bobbles of colour from what I'm wearing, and that they aren't always terribly long lasting, as the underwires do work their way out, despite using a mesh bag when washing them. However, as the discount offered, I'm happy with the pay off, as did I mention the comfort?

Really really like these bras, have three different colours and will continue to buy more as long as they are available. Good coverage, comfortable straps, plenty give and stretch in the material and binding. Gone are the days when I would pay £40+ for a bra in a department store, what a joke and so unfair. These are excellent VFM and pretty too.

Had this bra before it’s a perfect fit for me as I have trouble getting a bra to fit properly I had a 34d it was wrapped beautifully and came on time would buy again
