So many files. I want to delete some unnecessary files. What should I do?

Hello there, There are two methods to delete files: 1. Firstly, press the "Back" key to enter the main page, press the "Right" key to open and select the "Photo", long-press the "Back" key, you will see the "Delete" and "Delete All" buttons, select the operation you want, and click "ok". 2. You can also take out the TF card from the device or connect it to the computer via a USB data cable, you will see the pictures and videos taken by Oiiwak borescope, and then select the file to be deleted. Blue screen/black screen/no signal appears during use, what can I do?

Dear customer, Thanks for asking. Here are some tips for you: 1. Turn off the Endoscope, take out the TF card, and reinsert it, then restart the Endoscope. 2. Please make sure all the cables are connected properly, especially the Camera connection cable. Please insert the wire firmly. 3. Change another USB cable and fully charge the endoscope. Can I hook up the system to my laptop and get a live image?

No you cannot. You don’t need a laptop. It come with the monitor

Can i connect the computer by using the USB cable directly?

yes, you can transfer the photo/video file to computer to share with friends using the usb cable directly, please select "usb mode" on endoscope settings.
